Professional service! Appointment confirmed, drivers called to alert their arrival time (on time!), price was right. A large, heavy sofa bed was removed with care and such expertise. The crew that came were so friendly and fun to work with. Absolutely thrilled with this removal and no doubt we will be repeat customers.

The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to work with and provides straightforward upfront pricing for excellent services provided by a stellar team. Jeff and Mike were friendly and efficient and went above and beyond to help reduce labor costs when they hauled away a three-layer 40 x 80 foot enclosure I’d built for my dogs when I had to move out of a long-term rental. Lug Away removed the carpet at the house we recently purchased very professionally, as well as helped to remove various debris and old paint buckets that were lying around after the previous owners left.

We had a big bulky & heavy piece of exercise equipment in our basement that previous had homeowners left. Called to have it removed; Louis and Jeff were there fast and they did a great job lifting it and hauling it away - quick and easy, very polite, and a reasonable price. Best to book the appointment online rather than by phone, as the phone is answered by an AI virtual assistant who didn't seem to understand what I was saying (but the owner then called back promptly, to their credit.)

Very organized and professional. I have worked with Lugaway a few times on projects ranging from very easy to very challenging, and they have been great. I did not worry about my house getting damaged when they removed a large item from my third floor attic and took it down a very tight winder stairway. If you value professionalism these are the folks to use.

I called Lug Away and asked if they could remove large cement blocks that might have been an old foundation. They were at my house 35 minutes later. I showed them the work that needed to get done. Their quote was reasonable so I asked them to do the job. They did it right then. It took less than an hour from start to finish. The two men were polite and professional. They spoke English well, understood what I wanted and did the job exactly as I'd wanted.

Delightful first experience with Lug Away today. They came early within their arrival window, called to let us know they were coming in advance, were prompt, professional, and efficient. The estimate was very fair and they were completely transparent with their pricing. Especially pleased to support a local business. Will be calling them again the next time we need help with a removal. All in all, highly recommend.
My 2nd time using LugAway. They are great. They take a quick look around and give you a price. Then they grab the junk and put it in the truck. They sweep up any trash and they are gone. Very fast and very good. The pictures show only a part of the load.
Customer service was great, the people were great but the quote I got was insane for 2 mattresses and a boxspring. 3 items in total and I brought all items to first floor to make it easy. Upon arrival I was quoted for $485 dollars for 5 minutes worth of work. Outrageous pricing and the on site quote seems a bit ridiculous for them to come all the way out and leave with out work. Seems like a waste of time. Very nice people but ridiculous cost.
They did a fabulous job. Reasonably priced, definitely not cheap but worth it. The two men that came were so nice and helpful and polite. they took everything that I wanted them to take, and swept up after themselves. I would definitely use them again.
On Monday I moved out of our family home of 67 years. Ours is the only family that ever live there and ever will, because it being torn down to make a more functional home for a beautiful family. So lugaway came 1 time in May to get the party started in the garage. This week they came on Monday and cleaned out everything. The team went above and beyond!!!!!! I mean I didn’t have to do a thing! Professional, courteous and sooooo helpful. I can’t say enough them, great experience from start to finish. 2 1/2 truckloads on a sweltering sticky day!!!! Nothing left at the end but a few blue bags.
