Edit: Even after the "thoughtful" and "caring" response" from the company, their signs can be found on public rights of way throughout Sudbury and Weston and other places in metrowest in October.
This company, like many others, places their lawn signs wherever they feel like it and then leave them there to become trash. They don't seem to understand that it is illegal to place commercial signs on public rights of way. On private property, sure. If this is how they treat the community, I'm guessing their business ethics are not much better.
The latest one is on Rt. 20 East in Weston. Right along the road, not on anyone's private property.
Edit: Even a week after the owner's response, the signs are still up where they should not be. Guess they didn't care that much...
We had Lug Away remove several items from our basement, including a large at home gym weight machine (extremely heavy), outdoor patio furniture, dehumidifier, along with various smaller items. Luis and Mike arrived at the scheduled time and were courteous, friendly, professional, and very respectful of our home. They took the time to review pricing of each item before removing and did so very efficiently and effectively. Overall the process was extremely smooth and we would highly recommend Lug Away to anyone in need of junk removal.

Mike and Emmanuel were terrific. They called ahead, showed up exactly when they said they would, were completely transparent about the price, then did the job super quickly. And they were nice to top it off. The whole process was easy.
They showed up on time, were efficient, personable and diligent. Making an appointment was simple. They cleaned a huge mess with minimal direction and at a reasonable price. There was no bait and switch in terms of pricing once they arrived. I would use them again without reservation. Honest and hard working about sums it up.

I was super impressed. Emanuel called to ask if they could come early and we Decided upon a time. I met them, they looked at my junk, gave me a quote, we agreed and they Went to work. They were clean, quiet, conscientious and nice. Completed job quickly - quote was accurate. This was a great experience. Highly recommend.
I called Lug Away and asked if they could remove large cement blocks that might have been an old foundation. They were at my house 35 minutes later. I showed them the work that needed to get done. Their quote was reasonable so I asked them to do the job. They did it right then. It took less than an hour from start to finish. The two men were polite and professional. They spoke English well, understood what I wanted and did the job exactly as I'd wanted.
Lug Away was INCREDIBLY responsive to our request for a quote (for sandbox and raised bed removal) and was able to get the work completed within the week. Highly recommend!

When our contracted trash company informed us last minute that they would not be able to pick up our dumpster, we were left in a tough pinch: we are a school just beginning the school year and needed a clean building. Delightful first experience with Lug Away today. They came early within their arrival window, called to let us know they were coming in advance, were prompt, professional, and efficient. The estimate was very fair and they were completely transparent with their pricing. Especially pleased to support a local business. Will be calling them again the next time we need help with a removal. All in all, highly recommend.

My 2nd time using LugAway. They are great. They take a quick look around and give you a price. Then they grab the junk and put it in the truck. They sweep up any trash and they are gone. Very fast and very good. The pictures show only a part of the load.
Customer service was great, the people were great but the quote I got was insane for 2 mattresses and a boxspring. 3 items in total and I brought all items to first floor to make it easy. Upon arrival I was quoted for $485 dollars for 5 minutes worth of work. Outrageous pricing and the on site quote seems a bit ridiculous for them to come all the way out and leave with out work. Seems like a waste of time. Very nice people but ridiculous cost.
Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Unusually sophisticated for a modest size local company -- email communications after booking and payment, telephone calls during projected time block of arrival with details of actual expected arrival time. Professional review of materials to be taken and provision of cost -- no manipulation or change during the process. On site payment by credit card. Actually look forward to using them again as need arises.

A big shoutout to Emanuel and Louis, who were absolutely fantastic. They handled a massively heavy sleep sofa down a narrow, winding staircase with incredible care and coordination. Matthew and Shaun did a great job with my small junk removal project today. They arrived exactly on time, were friendly yet completely professional, took great care of my other property while removing the items, gave me a fair estimate, and completed the work in under 20 minutes. They did a fabulous job. Reasonably priced, definitely not cheap but worth it. The two men that came were so nice and helpful and polite. they took everything that I wanted them to take, and swept up after themselves. I would definitely use them again.
Super responsive! I emailed on Thursday and they came Monday and removed a truckload of junk. TVs, hazmats, carpets, furniture, all sorts of stuff. Friendly and fast workers, very easy process.
