The person on the phone was very rude. When I asked why there was a miscellaneous charge of $75 on my quote he said it was to cover things like rubber gloves or a rag. I said that those things shouldn't be charged extra for and not for $75 and to please remove it. He said don't tell me what to do and that I should go somewhere else.

Very impressed with the customer service and overall performance of AVI Boston. They were recommended to me by Soul performance products to install a performance exhaust in my 911. I spoke with Jon and he coordinated the entire install as well as a soft Tronics tune to the ECU. When I arrived, John and Josh took the car right in and completed the work quickly and it came in under the estimate. Super impressed with the entire operation. I highly recommend them.

Emailed in the morning about removing the wrap on my S63. Jon was able to get me in by the afternoon, and the job was done within an hour. Very nice people and nice dog.
I had the opportunity to work with Josh for my Cayman. The experience was fantastic. The work I was getting was not the priciest (window tints) but from the way I was treated you would think I was their highest paying customer. Josh was super communicative throughout the work and was a very helpful advisor. The worst part about the experience was jealousy of the other cars in the lot!

Went in to get my car’s windows tinted. They were great to work with. Jon showed me the different options and gave me an estimate. I scheduled over email, took my car in this morning and had it back by early afternoon. They do really great work and are clearly trusted by the car aficionados in the area, based on all the exotic cars that are always in their parking lot (it’s like a car show out there), but they were happy to take on my much less exotic vehicle as well. After this experience, I’m looking forward to getting future improvements to my car at AVI!
I saw a gorgeous car at outside on the lot walked up to it to take some photos and check it out, and the owner came out yelling at me saying do not walk behind it and because it’s his private property or whatever, very aggressive and rude attitude saying things like “this is my property,” hinting that we better get off it and stop looking at the car. He mentioned that some people who had walked around it in the past left scratches, which is understandable, however I was a good distance from the car, and as a potential customer, a business should never speak this way to a customer! I will no longer do business right now with this place. Be better!
Well I’ve taken far too long to post my rave review for the fantastic treatment and unparalleled craftsmanship that I receive and see on a regular basis at AVI.
My little Golf R likely costs as much as some of their customers’ wheel packages but I have never felt like anything less than one of the other hypercar owners that rely on them for everything from 3D printed fully custom parts, performance or cosmetic upgrades or nationwide transport services.
The new shop and waiting area are top notch as well. I’m always looking forward to my next detail appointment. Their express detail is affordable, speedy and just gives those VIP vibes that I don’t really receive elsewhere, but feels like the norm at AVI. I’ll have them getting my car prepped for show season next month with a full detail and I can’t wait.
In closing, it’s the people like Safi, Basel, Jon, Corey and the folks they work with to achieve automotive excellence every day that makes it such a nice place to keep bringing my cars to. I highly recommend swinging in and seeing what they can do for you and your car. They truly have a no limits attitude and will make your experience a fantastic and memorable one.

Great experience. Basel was great to work with and the team did an amazing job He explained everything and helped me choose the best services for my car and explained it in detail.I had my exterior done. Paint correction, ceramic coating, ppf and window tint. My car looks better than the day I bought it. Also the shop is clean and modern and the technicians were friendly and professional. Would absolutely recommend them and will definitely return for any future automotive needs.
AVI was able to take care of my vehicle on extremely short notice after a flat tire. It was incredibly well taken care of, garaged overnight, and I got it back running good as new. No scratches on my wheels and all 4 of my tires were in great shape after a balance and alignment. Highly recommend if you want your vehicle taken care of by a super professional team that does excellent work!
I've gone to AVI for any car I've owned for tints. It's a great place, very professional and high quality. The owner is really down to earth and it's nice to see all the high end cars being worked on while you wait for yours.
Got tints done here recently on my 2013 x5. These guys are the real deal. In and out quick; Job was dome in juSt a couple hours. Legit dropped the car off, walked to the nearby dunkies where i slammed back a coffee and some donuts while lingering with some of the aging townies, then walked back to find my car all set to go. I appreciated the speedy service and the tints looked really great. My Wallet alot lighter leaving.... The tints (all windows) Cost about a $grand all together but we opted for the higher quality product and also got the panaramic sunroof done which cost $400 on its own. Worth it imo, i find you get what u pay for in most situations. Staff knowllegable and can answer all questions regarding wide array of customization services offered here. Def Will be back to get my rims powder coated. Plus there's always a lot of dope rides to check out on the premises while you wait. If you love your car, its in good hands here I Highly recommend these guys
This review is so long overdue! I had Safi do a Ceramic coating on my new RX350 in Feb of 2020 - and wow! it turned out so so so beautiful and even to this day shines well. I've only had to take it to a car wash once. He is also just such a great dude. The before and after pictures of my vehicle are insane. you could see all the marks under a light and he was able to remove them and do a just a fantastic job! I wish I saved the pics to show you all! Super happy with how it all went.
I got my Waylens 360 (great camera btw) installed through hardwiring and it was probably the best job done. Safi (the owner) was great. If you guys love your car, these guys will treat it wonderfully.
Ken and Safi were awesome to deal with, this was my first time bringing my car to AVI, I went in for some window tint. Everything from scheduling the appointment to drop-off and pick-up were smooth, not to mention that the work was excellent. I'll definitely be back soon to check out their detailing services.
Safi and everyone working at AVI were great! I had XPEL Ultimate installed on my Porsche and it looks great (can’t even tell it’s there). Service was fast, price was great and staff was super friendly. I’m considering getting some other enhancements done to my car; if I do I will definitely be doing here. I highly recommend them. A++!
Just got my Jeep back from a full interior and exterior detail at AVI. Safi was great to work with. He was able to get me in the day that I requested which worked out perfectly. I dropped my car off the night before and received an email as soon as it was done. Overall I am very happy with how it turned out. He gave me some good information on potentially having paint correction done on the vehicle plus a ceramic coating. He answered the questions I had and even showed me a Porsche at the shop which had a coating to see what it looked like. I am glad AVI is so close to my house and plan to be back soon.
I brought my car here to have the windows tinted and it could not have gone any better. The tints look amazing and my car was in and out in under two hours even with having tints put on all the side windows and rear window. Safi and the whole crew there will help you find everything to fit your wants and needs within your budget. I plan on bringing my car back there for everything, I can't recommend them highly enough.
These guys are the best in Boston for all audio and visual upgrades. Extremely satisfied with the job Safi and his crew did on my '15 challenger.
