Called because my car was towed the guy who answered the phone was a rude ignorant jerk! I am new out here and needed to get my cat asap I asked for the address and said I’m coming to get my car and was hung up on. I get here to pick up MY car and the guy argues with me that I didn’t tell him I was coming and NO ONE IS HERE! He then hangs up on me again and then blocked my number . After waiting I called the police who then had to reach them, and they were there in a matter of minutes to release my car.
Had a very positive experience when my car broke down in Chestnut Hill. Denay was there in less than 15 min and was incredibly professional and positive and made the experience way less stressful. My wheels were locked and he used a bunch of tricks to help get it loaded and unloaded and even gave me a ride to the shop. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Price was reasonable.
Kevin was wonderful! My daughter hit a huge pothole at 2:30 AM. She blew both passenger side tires. We were 1.5 hours away from her. He spoke with us on the phone, brought her to a local Dunkin Donuts so that she was safe until we arrived, then worked with us to determine which tire shop to bring it to. I am so thankful that he went above and beyond to keep my daughter safe.
These folks are wonderful! Every single time I have used them! Even when we had the misfortune of having son's car towed from BC they were still great. It's a contract so what can you do. Other times have called for car not starting and tows. They answer their phone and make you feel very comfortable that they will do what they say. I highly recommend them.
I had my motorcycle towed from my old apartment complex because the person who was supposed to buy it never picked up (which I did not know). Unlike most towing companies, Negoshian actually reached out to let me know what happened. I unfortunately had moved out of state and wasn’t able to come home. Kelly was BEYOND amazing and incredibly sweet and professional! She offered to take it off my hands if I sent the title and took off a ton of the charges with towing it. She took away so much stress and it was such an easy, simple process.
Look, I’ve had cars towed before and I know it sucks. Stuff happens. But this is by far the most reasonable and nicest towing company I have dealt with living in and outside of Boston. Don’t take it out on them for doing their job. They went above and beyond to try and help me when it came to a tricky situation and made costs totally reasonable. I have nothing bad to say about an experience that could have been a nightmare.
Someone needs to end this entire business. They apparently have a contract with Windsor Gardens. My pregnant sister has lived at Windsor Gardens for about three years now. She had a valid parking sticker that she bought three months ago for a whopping rip off of $13 dollars and it began to peel. Obviously low quality.
Due to a PEELING STICKER (IN THE CORNER, NOT THE ENTIRE STICKER) these absolute scum bags towed her car in the middle of the night. She called as soon as she noticed because she is carrying a high-risk pregnancy and had multiple time sensitive tests to take in Boston this morning.
The company was nothing but rude and disrespectful to her. On the phone they told her a sum of $170 was owed before she could access her vehicle. She asked to grab her wallet out of the car so she could access the funds (because they ONLY accept cash) and she was DENIED. ???
Then when she came to pay for her car (WHICH SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE) they told her she owed them $250...
I do not understand what type of bottom-feeding, bored, lonely, sad, disgusting type of person would look into a car legally parked in front of the apartment it is registered to with a car seat, stroller, and baby toys and decide to tow it for a PEELING STICKER.
This company is the absolute epitome of money hungry, criminal, desperate, and in-humane.
They deserve to be shut down, and the driver that towed my sister's car honestly deserves every terrible thing that is CLEARLY happening in their life.

We work with towing companies across the country, and this is by far the worst. We were paying these guys over $3,000 to take a shuttle bus from Boston to Baltimore and they canceled on site because they wouldn't sit for 15 minutes and wait to load....unreal
Absolutely the worst towing company in the area. They towed my vehicle for a “trespass tow” from a property even though my building approved it on a guest pass. They claimed the building called them after midnight but no one is here at that time of night to do so. They also refused to return the car until they got the approval from the building. I’m really hoping they damaged it. I’m also filing a complaint with the Department of Public Utilities.
Car died on my way to work, an officer stopped and called for a tow, Luis showed up really quick, gentle with my car, super nice, dropped my car and self at home. Very easy to deal with, very professional.
After Negoshian's towed my vehicle I went online to find out more about the company. After reading some of the negative experiences people posted online, I was extremely nervous to pick up my Jeep. After 12 days I walked into Negoshian's and noticed, Ted (owner) and Kelly (office manager) at the front desk. I was greeted immediately and they were both extremely professional. After explaining my situation, they didn't make me feel like I was being judged or less than. They treated me with respect and took the time to answer all my questions. I made copies of all the paperwork just in case they didn't have everything but Ted had all the paperwork organized and ready. I also inquired about having a tire fixed without and appointment and they fit me in immediately. I was done in less than 20 minutes. I couldnt of asked for a better experience.
Tow truck was very timely, was very careful with my vehicle and turned around a tire patch in about 15 minutes. Very worth the tow and super cheap solution to fixing my flat. Will use Negoshian's again when I have to!
After an extremely long and frustrating day trying to find a tow truck with a wheel lift and dolly with no luck and being sent 3 flat bed trucks that wouldn’t work, I called Negoshian. I asked right away if they had the needed equipment and they said they did but it wasn’t easily available and they were very busy- when I explained what had happened earlier in the day the person on the phone told me to hold on and he’d see what he could do- within minutes he told me he would have a truck to me within 2 hours. They arrived within that window, with the proper equipment, were professional and towed the car to the dealership without any additional hassle. 5 stars. Definitely would recommend!
This company will illegally tow your car. Then when you're able to get ahold of the boss he will curse you out, name call, and hang up. They tried to extort the drop fee and refused to give a receipt. Highly unprofessional and poor service, zero class.
My car was towed to this place. Once I got there, they told me they only accept cash (fine, but they have no ATM), so they told me I had to walk down to a nearby liquor store to use the ATM. Once I walked back to the tow business, they then told me they didn't have change and that I had to walk back to the store to receive exact change. They were not rude or mean, but this was very unprofessional. No ATM, ok; but no change.... comon'
This company has poor customer service. My apartment complex uses this company for people who purchase reserved parking spaces to call & have people towed who have parked where they shouldn’t be. I came home from work at 1am in the morning & I called to have a car removed for the first time & I waited outside for the tow truck to come for a hour & one showed after being told the truck would be here in 15-20 minutes. So I called to get a ETA on the tow truck the guy on the phone told me that the tow truck broke down on the side of the road & that it wouldn’t be coming. I mentioned so no one was going to call & inform me & the guy said no! Of course it makes since to just park some place else, but I can’t because my apartment complex parking lot is completely filled to capacity. This is why I purchased a reserved parking space.. (O.A.N How do you guys run a towing business with disabled tow trucks & no back ups) Pathetic!
We needed one of our tree trucks towed yesterday.From the phone call on they did an excellent job. Showed up faster than estimated and took care of everything including a reasonable price. It's refreshing to work with professionals. Thanks again from Bransfield Tree.
I had an unusual situation and was hung up on a concrete curb (actually a retaining wall). The tow truck operator had very little room to maneuver but he did it! He was amazing and took great care to get my vehicle back onto the ground without any damage. Cant say enough good about this driver - absolutely amazing.
If you are in Norwood do NOT use this address, it's 451 Walpole street. They do not list anywhere on their website the addresses of their businesses. The Norwood LOCATION was extremely HARD TO FIND because it is in the back of a building and advertised as an auto body shop with no mention of Negoshian towing except a tiny sign above the door not visible from the street. The person I spoke to on the phone was unsympathetic but helpful since he warned me about paying in cash and gave the address. You have to pay in CASH only for police and trespass vehicles which isn't listed anywhere. After waiting the five minutes for the main company to send the receipt to the auto body shop I saw that they PARKED MY CAR LESS THAN 3 INCHES FROM THE ADJACENT CAR. I had to climb in the passenger side with my service dog and climb over into the driver's seat. There was NO ROOM in the small lot TO TURN AROUND because of trash, barrels, and the tow truck. Then there was no parking to help me turn around since it is a lot for a small auto business so I had to back out of the entire length of the building. Granted they didn't do any visible damage to my vehicle. Total NIGHTMARE of an experience.
Great service! Came and changed my tire on really quickly with a charge that was totally worth it. When I called for a receipt they sent it while I was on the phone. I'd call them again in a second.
Very happy with the service!. They towed my flatbed truck from MA to NY, only a couple towing companies want to tow across the state line.

I did not have any relationship with Negoshian and with one call they dispatched a flatbed on a snowy late night for one of my fleet vehicles without issue.. I can't thank them enough for their quick response to my Emergency situation. I value there customer service as they were easy to contact and quick to respond. As an Operations Mgr that requires quick action, they will have my future towing needs.
Bad experience with this company years ago. I was in a car accident in a snowstorm and they towed my car. I had called AAA and didn't know that this was not the tow company associated with AAA until later. The driver was out in the storm actively looking for accidents and cars to tow. They held my car for a long time and my Dad had to call them to get the car released. Insurance paid for it so maybe that was why they held the car for so long. When I went to pick up the car, I was alone in the office with 2 guys. I did not like the vibe. They did/said something I didn't agree with but I stayed quiet so I could get the hell out of there as quickly as possible. If you are a woman take special note to stay away from this business.
My car battery died and my car was towed to NEGOSHIAN'S TOWING...While it was there ask them to fix it. Their way of fixing it was to jump it continuously over and over again which just made it worse because my battery wouldn't hold a charge. I said I think it's probably the alternator they agreed and we were supposed to put in a new alternator but for whatever reason then they ended up calling not even calling to tell me that they had charged it overnight and it started and held the charge.... I had to call them to ask about my car and was told my car wasn't there then was told they would call me back. EVENTUALLY they called me back and told me my car was
"Fixed" (눈‸눈) that wasn't the case because the battery light on the dashboard was light up STILL!!! My other mechanic who I HAD to bring my truck to after Negoshian's "FIXED" it...
They let me know that when the battery lights on that means the car is running off the battery ONLY. A car is not supposed to be only running off the battery,the alternator is supposed to kick in so your battery doesn't get drained. I don't understand how a business that is all about cars, fixing and towing them, doesn't know how to fix a simple problem with a vehicle. As soon as I got the car back I drove it to the south shore. As soon as I got into the Brockton area the car started acting crazy jumping and all my electric shut down. I was still on the highway and my car started jumping!! I had to pull off the highway as fast as I could.. right as I got off the off ramp my truck just died!!! It was scary and dangerous I could have gotten into an accident!! Thank God I didn't, but needless to say I had already payed them to pretty much do nothing but waste my time and put me in a seriouly dangerouse situation!!! I ended up calling Awons in Brockton and they towed and actually fixed my truck. Know my SUV is actually running and working well. Would I recommend Negoshian's to fix your car? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! unless u want a death wish!!! The ONLY GOOD thing they have going for them is their over night towe driver. He was amazing and he was the only one who even seemed to give two thoughts about me and my car. Even the owner made me feel as if me and my car problems were just below him.... I could tell by the way he just brushed me off when I met him.. the hole entire company has the worst communication skills I have ever seen. All in all I only gave them 2 stars because their towe truck driver who works the night shift. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have given them even one ... [̲̅$̲̅(̲̅ ͡ಠ_ಠ)̲̅$̲̅] He was the only person I met that treated me like a person and he actually went above and beyond to try and help me with my truck so Dude your the only good person that works there!!! He should be working at a better company because he actually has A work ethic. Because other then him It's like Negoshian's is run by a bunch of toddler... so to all the other ppl out there that drive an older model vehicle. Think twice before you go to Negoshian's because they don't care about the customer all they care about is $$$$..... This is a 3 generation old business. Very good hard working people and very professional. I have worked with them and seen them do anything from small vehicle towing to tractor trailer crashes to gasoline tanker accidents and spill cleanups. Don't expect to rip this business off, (just wont happen) if they do the job, they need to be paid which is understandable. I highly recommend this gasoline and towing station.
This company is an absolute joke. Do not do any business with this company. The owner refuses to speak with me regarding a tractor-trailer that is on his property. He has held our refrigerated load hostage until he gets an overnighted check so my customers are absolutely livid. Typical wrecker companies will deliver the product for carriers and bill them back for the delivery along with working the towing bill through the insurance company. This towing company will make your day(s) a nightmare. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are unfair, untrustworthy, and they don't have the common courtesy to get management to speak with me.
We ran into a pothole yesterday, and when my husband attempted to replace the tire, we found we did not have the right tools for the lug nuts on our car. We called Negoshian, whose estimates we found reasonable. When the tower got their, he replaced our tire and charged us much less than the tow would cost. The man was very pleasant and honest.

Horrible experience with Negoshian Towing! I was stuck in the snow on I-90/mass pike during the snow storm. The state police called them and they showed up to tow my car out of the snow and place it in a safe location at the nearest intersection so I can continue to drive. They tricked me into paying them $90 even though they should have charged me ~$36 dollars. the drivers first asked me for my credit card before giving me a quote. Once they had my card, he said it's actually not $30. It's $90 for some non-sense reason. He talked to the manager and manager gave him some non-sense arguments to use against me. I argued and they argued back and basically told me that this is the rate... the DOT has a form which tells me how they are supposed to charge people. They went against that...and randomly charged me $90....Dont give them your credit card. Hated the experience.
This business is terrible. I cannot say enough awful things about this company. Phone calls were never returned. Employees were rude. Repairs were made without quoting fees and without permission. Messages were not passed from one employee to another. Every problem was your fault, etc, etc, etc. Never use them and if you are forced to use them, get your car out as soon as possible.
I could not ask for worse service. If I wanted the rudest, crappiest service possible, I would run to Negoshian's. The state police called them to pick up my car from the Mass Pike after a crash. For two days, they told my insurance company they had no idea where my car was. They finally located my car and made me come to them to sign a release to allow my insurance company to get the car. They did not give me a release form, they gave me an invoice to sign. Then, when my insurance company sent a tow truck to get the car, Negoshian's refused to release the car, EVEN THOUGH I went all the way to Newton to sign the release. When I called to find out what the problem was, they said, of course they'll release the car! As of this moment, they still have my car. I just pray it gets to the insurance company's tow truck tonight.
