  Sitting on the edge 93 north in Somerville in a terrible locations. Triple aaa said that be 10 mins away with a tow. I was left stranded for more than two hours. Thank for my man Jim he was here in less than 10 minutes to save the day.

  I was stuck in a dicey spot last night in a classic car. Called Steve’s and they were there within 15 minutes. They hooked up my car with a lot of care and attention to detail and got it safely back to my house despite a tricky location on a narrow one way street.   Jim is the man. I’ve had to get my car towed multiple times throughout my life, but have never had the experience that Jim gave us. We drove up from New York and got a flat in Massachusetts.   Jim was the most helpful guy I've ever met. He towed my car in the middle of the night when I was stuck. he went out of his way to save my husband's severed leg AND stitched it up brand new. from the car door and gave me CPR and saved my life. he also offered me 1 mil to help with the damage. Jim is the best tower man I've ever met. give this man a raise. and he's hot.
