CJ's was my third company to try to get a tow at 2pm this afternoon to grab my girlfriends car. 6:30 this evening car is in my driveway for half what i thought it would cost with an anticipated failed water pump and a crankcase full of water, said they could start it and move it if need be if done quickly they didn't even roll the motor over. added to my list of contacts. I have used CJs Auto twice for towing. Both experiences were great. "Out-of-pocket" cost was also much less than other companies. I might also note that I have both of my cars serviced there as well (past 2 years). I have had O2 sensors replaced, brakes, tire replaced and routine oil changes. This is the only place that I didn't come out with another "problem" (if you know what I mean). They are professional, kind, and priced fairly.

I had a flat tire on my Tesla and unfortunately they would charge $400+ to tow my car to the nearest Tesla service center to repair. Images my happy surprise when the nice people at the CJ plugged the small hole in the tire for me for $40. And I only waited for less than 15 minutes!
Honestly, they are among my favorite people in Maynard now!

This morning on 128 one of their employees was riding my tail and flashing their headlights at me even though I was going above the speed limit and there were literally THREE open lanes they could have used to just pass me. Feel free to have road rage, but don't be a jerk when you're driving a car that has your employer's name plastered on it!

I was stranded in a snowstorm and called CJ Auto after googling randomly. The driver arrived quickly and charged the battery. It was stressful to find myself like this and CJ Auto made my day.
I used CJ Auto and Tow through calling Volvo roadside assistance because my car battery was dead - I have never had such a great experience with a tow service!! Charlie was SO nice and communicative throughout the whole process. He called me right away to let me know exactly how far away he was [22 minutes], talked me through what he was doing while on site, and offered to text me to let me know one my car was delivered to the service center (which he did). The service was timely, professional and very human which I appreciated as a frazzled person worried about their car. Thank you Charlie!

Horrible customer service. Very rude people on phone and at the front. Also overcharge- there are better places I promise you. Do not interact with this business.
Update: The owner has responded after 8 months. A great view onto the level of service you will receive here. Furthermore, you called the cops on my friend and I, two black males, because you were scared of children and refused to help them. Do not act high and mighty for being bigoted. We had no form of transportation and no money. You called the cops within 5-10 minutes of my arrival. And how sad you came back 8 months later with this in mind! Business must be slow huh.
