I'm not sure if they just ignore their customers or maybe they forgot how to answer the phone? Says open 24 hours they lost a paying customer I would never recommend their service to anyone they left me stranded in a bad situation. Can't rely on them to be there for me I need something towed is that what they do? How does one get something towed without communication they must lose so much business with whoever is there not answering the phone.
I just made a phone call to Phil's towing and asked him to help me find a used tire rim. He gave me a place to go to and he was so nice to help me out. I have
delt with them before, and received good service.
I wouldn't even rate them a 1. They take unprofessional to the next level. The man who I spoke with screamed at me and swore at me. I wouldn't want the individual answering phones to represent anything. Disrespectful and rude. Now that I am seeing these other comments, I can see why they get such a poor rating. I am concerned that when I pick my car up there will be damage done to it because whoever answered the phone clearly has anger issues.
Called and asked on a price on moving a tool box told them the pick up and destination points, he than told me its 85 an hour which I was okay with. Than told me I was looking at 3hours. I mentioned to him the distance between the two locations 13miles roughly 17min without traffic 30 with, I understand loading might take a couple of minutes as well but not 2 hours. He than yelled at me saying he doesn't want my business and hung up. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Not very courteous or professional at all. Such a Shame.
Billy gave me a rate promptly to move a piece of equipment for my customer. He even worked with me on the price. Very reasonably priced and great customer service. I will be using this company on future moves out in his area. Would highly recommend.
Professional and personable. Happily fit our family into his cab and took us and our car to safety. Hopefully we don't ever need another tow, but would call Phil's if the need arose.
I was recently stuck in a rainstorm with two flat tires and these guys came and help me out at a good price. The guy on the phone was friendly as well as the driver who picked me up, dropped my vehicle off at Townfair Tire and gave me a ride home.
I highly recommend Bills if you ever have an emergency on the North Shore.
One of there drivers flipped me off and cut me off for no reason whatsoever. He passed me in the slow lane doing well over the speed limit in a company tow truck. I would never trust someone so reckless to have my car on the back of the truck.
