I was quoted 364$ for my truck and was told they couldn't come until two days later which wasn't a big deal but they called 30 mins before they were supposed to be there and told me they were going to be about an hour late. When they arrived he told me that he'd pay me 200$ not the 364 I was quoted. I told him I wanted the the 364 I was told I'd be getting and neither 1 of the 2 guys could speak English well at all. I explained that I had another offer of 350 from someone else but I had taken the time off from work already to deal with them, and that I needed the car gone. In his broken English he mentioned something about rust and said he'd only pay 200. At that point he knew I needed to get to work and that I needed the car gone and would not honor the price I was told I'd be getting. I got no help from the people at wheelzy seeing that they just sub contract theses jobs. I wouldn't recommend dealing with wheelzy what so ever and just contacting your tow yard directly and doing business with them. If I had done that I would have 350 and the car would have been picked up when they said it would be.

I had a great experience working with them. I was hesitant at first wondering if this was legit but I did receive my payment when my car was picked up. I was happy with the amount of money I received and feel like they offer better rates then other companies out there. Everyone on the team was kind to me and answered my questions. They had open communication throughout the whole process and stayed in touch via text messages and phone calls from when the deal was made, up to the time the car was picked up. I was paid the amount of money promised to me and my car was picked up safely. They have a great team of people and they honored their terms. Highly recommend

They were great! Very honest and patient. We had to reschedule last minute 2 or 3 times because of my work ran later than expected. Gave me 159% more than I have ever been offered for an absolutely junk car! Only place to junk your car! They'll come right out and tow it right away! Even in a tough spot!

Got a good price for the truck. Very friendly on the phone. Driver was awesome. I forgot one little thing in the truck and he gave it to me. They did a great job taking it it was wonderful. I’ve had to drink a couple of cars in my time and this place was the best that I’ve ever dealt with.

They were so easy to work with. I called and scheduled my pick up time. They texted me when they were on their way and were on time. Took the plates off for me which were super tricky to get off. I would use them again for sure!
