Where is my car? Why hasn’t anyone contacted me? Why am I the one having to constantly follow up? Why is it so difficult to get someone on the phone? When I try to pay and get information about my vehicle’s whereabouts, why is there no response? I was finally told today my car would be delivered today, with a window from 9 AM to 9 PM. I waited all day, yet no car and no communication, resulting in an entire day wasted. Why is the communication so poor? When I call the sales line because customer service isn’t answering, the sales representative picks up immediately. But when I explain the situation, instead of helping, he dismisses me, saying, “It’s Saturday,” and forwards me back to the unresponsive line. Why were the dates messed up in the first place, and why did I have to repeatedly call to fix the reservation? After confirming my flight information for the drop-off multiple times, I still found out that the delivery dates were entered incorrectly.
Why am I texting with someone about payment, asking for their Venmo, and not getting a response? Because they won’t take the payment, I now have a hold on my card, which I need released to pay other bills, causing unnecessary financial conflict.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! We’re on a road trip up to Maine and the car started making a funny noise. After a quick google Road Runner came up and I’m so glad it did. We were seen in 10 min and out the door in 20. The price was fair and honest. We’re glad to be back on the road! PHEW!

Absolutely recommend. Very caring staff. Pulled in on Thanksgiving eve with a flat. They took me right in and inspected my tired and it wasn't repairable. The shop replace it with the spare and I was able to make it home safely . Thank you very much.

I brought my car in for some work to be done they did everything except for the oil change and when I asked the owner if he changed the oil he said yes. When I got home I popped the hood and it was still the same oil filter from the previous oil change so I called the owner and he told me that he changed my oil but when I called him out on it he told me to bring it back to the shop for him to change it I will advise anyone not to ever go there the owner is not a good person and a liar he also charged me for the oil change that they didn’t even do to my vehicle
These guys are awesome,!! They did great work on my truck.. installed the transmission that I provided them and found a bad transmission line and replaced it... They did great work and I will continue to come back to them..
