Mr. John came very quickly to change my tire, he was fast, he was friendly and he answered all my questions fully. Mr. John, you were great! Even though I call you Bob because I didn't know your name (smile)
My sister got two flat tires near concord jail. They told us an hour which is fine . But when the hour came and went we called to get an update on the tow and he said 40 mins after we’ve already been waiting for an hour. We told him that and he said that he doesn’t know where he is just throwing out a number and told us he would call him and call us back. We never got a call back from him . We called him again he said he would be there very soon never gave us an ETA. It’s been two hours since we called the tow company and no one has shown up . This place isn’t very professional I understand traffic and everything but waiting two hours for a tow is unheard of. If you need a tow I wouldn’t go to this place .
