Was a decent experience during a bad time for me, I needed them to tow me very quickly and the man I spoke to on phone sent his brother out fairly quickly to get us. The young man that picked us up was polite and very professional. They were a bit more than the other company that called me back but they were telling me 30 min when C-A took only 20min. Would use there service again but hopefully will never need a tow.
My car slid into a ditch and i called them and the guy came out. He was not able to tow my vehicle because his truck kept sliding in the snow. He promised to get a friend to help him and told me that another truck was coming. An hour later, we heard nothing. We called him and he said it would be another hour. Two hours go by and nothing. Called him back and our calls were sent to voicemail. If he was not able to do the work, he should have just told us that. On another note, we called Lowell towing. He came within 30 minutes and was the greatest guy ever! So yeah, don't bother with this company. They are extremely unprofessional.
Gave me a fair estimate based on previous experiences with tow truck companies. Showed up timely and even drove me home after we dropped my truck off at a mechanic shop. The owner was the driver and he had his little brother with him learning the ropes. Family owned company, highly recommended.
Call this morning to ask a price on towing my car from lowell to haverhill. The guy that answered didnt even bother to tell me a price. He hung up as soon as I asked. Not very professional at all.
It was a Sunday- my car broke down. I fell short of finding a local, available, and inexpensive tow truck company. After 45 minutes on wasted on making phone calls, I called C-A Towing. The driver was there within 10 minutes. He loaded my truck carefully and suggested a great mechanic where he transported my truck. The tow driver charged me much less than the previous estimates I was offered- which was extremely relieving since I needed to spend more money just fixing my truck itself. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend C-A Towing to a friend and will call them in the future for any other auto-mechanical disadvantages that I run into.
