My car wouldn’t start after sitting in the cold for a few weeks. Cody got here in 25 mins after my call and was amazing. He went above and beyond to get my car started, even pushed my car out so the jumper cables would reach! Better service, quicker and cheaper than AAA. Thank you so much again!
I had a flat tire while traveling from NH to Gillette for the game tonight. No company was even willing to come by, or were multiple hours wait. A&E got there in 15 minutes and drove us to Town Fair Tire for a very reasonable price. He also did a great job moving my Tesla without damage and took good care of it all. He saved the night!
Cody was very timely and professional with the communication and also booking of the service. I was not home but they towed my car to the shop with no issues. The gentleman that actually towed my car communicated very efficiently and the whole process left my mind at ease. I have zero complaints and I would definitely recommend.
I got stranded on the highway after my car randomly went into limp mode. I called A&E, and within 20 minutes the tow truck was there to help at midnight. The driver made sure my passenger and I were safe, dropped my car off at the requested shop, and sent me a picture for confirmation. Overall great experience and will be recommending them in the future. Thank you!
Called them to come fix something simple for me, kid said he was getting a piece and never showed back up then claimed the truck broke down on him and said he’d come the next day. I called for a few days no response, had my brother call them MIRACULOUSLY their phone worked again they said they’d call back nothing. Tried contacting again now I’m blocked. Since yall think yall are so funny I’ll see you in court— grey crv. Stop playing with peoples time and money.
Had a totally opposite experience from a lot of the reviewers here. We got a flat trailer tire in the middle of a highway on Sunday evening and called A&E. They asked us to pay upfront. We were very distressed (having 4 kids inside the car) and made a mistake by paying them through Zelle. While they were making arrangements, police came and called their own towing company. We called A&E back asking for a refund. They said there is a 50 percent cancellation fee but we never received any refund back from them and they stopped answering our calls/messages. To us, this place turned out to be a scam that is to be avoided.
Edit: this review was left on 06/30/2025 and the incident happened on 06/08. The business owner told us pretty much the same story that refunds take 3-5 days to process. But we never received anything from them. This is a clear scam.
Would definitely recommend these guys. I was stuck for hours trying to contact someone for a tow service. They were able to get to me and my car fast and their price was very fair. Very respectful and nice, and got me home safely.
I had an electeical problem w my truck, thought I could make it to the garage. Couldn't, got stuck on the side of the road. A&E was prompt to get out to me & get me to the shop. The driver was very professional and respectful of my vehicle.
Cody was amazing and saved the day. AAA left us stranded. We called A&E and Cody arrived in 30 mins on a Sunday night. Extremely knowledgeable and capable, we felt very confident in his abilities. We will use A&E when we need a tow. A+++++.

A&E helped me out. I wasn’t able to be home and I need my car to get to the shop. They were able to come very quickly (much faster than expected, and faster than they promised). Communication was excellent before during and after towing. Highly recommended!

They made me to pay $$$300 as I was stuck on the the highy way they never do the job grab my money for nothing never towed the car o. The high way until 10pm until I gat help by triple ! Y God's time is the best you can not have some body's money for free
Called because I had a flat tire and they got someone over to me within an hour. My car was a case because the way it was built makes it nearly impossible to lift without damaging the exterior, but Cody was able to figure it out with no damages and put my spare tire on, which saved me from having to be towed. Not to mention it was cold windy and rainy and he still went the extra mile to get my car lifted up. I can’t extend my thanks enough, Cody and this company are amazing!!

Fast service A++ had another tow company come out the day before and said they couldn’t tow it due to it being closer to the curb etc after waiting for a while. Gave Cody a call the next morning told him about my situation & was able to do it without a problem!
Response to my call was within the hour from call to arrival. He was very polite and conscientious. He put me at ease when I was stressed out over the situation! Very thorough, very friendly very hard worker. Excellent work and I will definitely use his service again.
Professional service. Trusted this company with my newest 2023 Mercedes Benz and was handled properly when needed a tow. Did not need to wait long as he came in 20 minutes while it was midnight and got everything done quickly. 10/10.
Excellent service. My car was dead in a parking garage and was safely taken out and brought to a local shop. Cody was a professional, even in the face of some extremely rude people who were mad they couldn't get around his truck. I would definitely recommend this towing service to anybody who asks. My transmission went out on my car today. I called my insurance roadside assistance and Cody from A&E showed up. He took his time making sure the car was properly secured. Then when he towed it too the house, because no shops were open bc it's New Year's Eve, he was trying to leave it where we originally mentioned, but because the grass died and sidewalk was a bit higher he said he really didn't want to try to leave it there as it might damage the car taking it the equipment. He then had to do it all again to put the car in our small driveway. He did a great job really making sure the car was safely out down. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you so much.
