I had JPCarroll record the radiator for a Classic car. I had them do an upgrade (2-3 row). The radiator has performed flawlessly for the last 10 years, and has kept my classic cool in the hottest weather and worse traffic jams. I recommend them highly.
They were amazing! I thought I'd have to get a new RIM and they not only undented my rim, they also fixed the tire! What I imagined would be a 150$ tire issue cost only $20. They were great!!!

2nd experience
I went to the junkyard looking for a simple license plate light fixture, thinking I can easily swap the new light fixture for my old one... yeah, not so easy. Long story short, I went to the office, spoke to a nice funny guy named John (not knowing he was the owner) and told him about my issue. He told me to come back at 7am, I did and my light was fixed in 20 minutes, and they only charged me $20 bucks!!
3rd experience
I needed an battery, I went to autozone, they wanted $80... so I took a drive to see John, he charged me $20 bucks!! “I know, again with the $20 bucks right”
4th experience
I needed a vehicle picked up and removed, Carrols was willing to pick it up and give me a little pocket change!
My car's issues were pretty minor, but the tech was so amiable and attentive that it still felt like top-notch customer service. Would highly recommend this auto garage!

JP Carroll's kept my 2001 Dodge Caravan running tip top for the entire time I owned it! First rate service and top quality work!! Everybody who works there is amazingly polite and knows what they're doing! Most honest and straightforward mechanics around! Will never take my car ANYWHERE else. EVER.
This is simply the best auto repair shop in town. I can't say enough good things about them. I started coming here because my old mechanic wanted 500 bucks for a radiator. I walked in hoping to buy a used one. John said "what is that radiator made out of, gold?" He told me the radiator was 125 bucks. The whole repair was around 200. My old mechanic was very good, but I cannot afford to pay two and a half times the cost of auto repair. Carroll's keeps my 12 year old Toyota running. They have helped me out numerous times and even done small repairs for free. They are the nicest and most honest mechanics around.
