Guy answered saying what do you want as if he knew who I was didn’t even say the business name or anything, when I asked if they were open due to the holidays, the person was rude and says we answered didn’t we. Excuse me tf you say to me, you website says you might be closed due to the holiday and laughed
Do not use these people for any service very rude and only in for the money. Wanted to charge me the most he could. Bad for business if you want to support real business go to anyone but here. First time I have had to write a review so bad trully disappointing. Keep in mind he wanted top dollar for a conector
When I called they told me one price for tires then when I got there they more than doubled the price for used tires. Drove all the way there with all kids so I figured I would still get it done. The customer service was horrible. They were rude and we're very aggravated. They had me drive my car into their garage where we waited in the car while another guy was smashing glass out of another car. I told them I have to drive over all these broken car parts,nails,screw and glass and they didn't care. Last time will go there.
Worse place ever. No one would even give me any help. I tried to talk to them and they wouldn’t even listen. They kept turning there back to me and just talking to the employees and this is the owner. I then tried to find someone who might care and even possibly speak a little English and they all just gave me attitudes and waved me away!! Never go here and find someone else to give your money to!!
DONT GO HERE. Very unprofessional. Unorganized. Definitely not osha approved every one was drinking beer while operating machinery.Went there for a windshield so I can get it replaced down in Worcester but they said they could do it for me which would save me time and driving so I took them up on their offer. Waited for them for 2 and a half hours to hear that they accidentally broke the windshield and they can’t do it and left me with no other option to get it fixed because it was already too late in the day. You shouldn’t be making promises you can’t live up to.
Place is the real deal. Called early in the day to check whether they had a used tire in my size. They did and when I arrived at the shop I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great place, hard working guys with very fair pricing. Place is hard to find, its down the driveway beside A.V's Market @ 113 Beaver St.
I docked a star for cleanliness, to be fair it is a junk yard but I was worried I would be driving away with more debris and nails in my tires than I came in with as their driveway was littered with stuff.
The guys at this junk yard are helpful and friendly. Eduardo is kind and helpful. I had a flat and came in a few minutes before they closed and it was very cold, but they helped me out. I also purchased 4 very good/like new used tires from them, at a very low price. I mean, very low...Thanks guys!
Very high prices for used parts and You have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for your part once your there. The woman on the phone warns you that the on site mechanic will be very mad at you if he takes it out and you don’t show up. Very unprofessional, I am more then willing to drive to brandy brows in plaistow New Hampshire then to give them my business ever! I wish I can give them no stars but I don’t have that option.
I finally found it (on the other side of the tracks). Well worth the drive from Boston and well worth the hunt to find it. Friendly and helpful guys. Great service. They fixed my truck with their parts for a nominal fee... Wow! Now I know were to go for all my parts!
I was looking for two front tires for my car and I couldn't afford expensive ones right now. They gave me an instant service and he picked and almost new looking pair of tire and putting it up right away. And the price was affordable.
I called looking for used tires. The gentleman was very helpful and told me to come down to check them out. The tires were a great price and quality, they mounted the tires and did everything for me. I did have to wait a bit which is understandable. They do not have a waiting room, but it is a junkyard so you can't expect lavish facilites. I just stood around and watched them do the tires.
My only complaint is that it's VERY hard to find. Aside from that I'd recommend using them for used tires and parts. I was wary because of the other reviews and ended up having a positive experience.
First you need an Indian Scout, to find the place. Then you cross over a Live Rail Road Track CAUTION! CAUTION! check the Train schedule you may have to wait a while. Once you can figure out where the office is then you need to figure out who is in charge. He makes the hard sell! Then HE..... Gives you this story that they SHE called you to tell you they didn't have the part NOT TRUE...and she swears to it I Have caller Id (hello) BUT for $30 more He could get the part from(mumble mumble) yard! Tomorrow yah thats it... tomorrow just pay us now! BTW no refunds is plastered all over the walls in Spanish French German Italian and maybe GREEK I don't know, I couldn't read half the stuff there were so many signs yep so I wasted 2 1/2 Hours with this fine adventure. STAY AWAY

I saw they had the part online. I called ahead to make sure. Yep, no problem. I drive 16 miles to pick it up and they nonchalantly tell me they don't have it. "I called ahead" I say. A shrug.
