My daughter’s car broke down on a Sunday night on the side of a highway and I went to meet her. After waiting an hour and a half for my insurance company’s roadside assistance to give me some kind of update (not happy with them!), I started calling around on my own. After some unpleasant and not very helpful calls and beginning to worry we might not find anyone, I called Ferreira’s and hope re-entered the night. The dispatcher was friendly, ensured she got all the right info and assured us someone was in the way. The driver arrived and was extremely helpful and towed it to a location closer to home. He was familiar with that location and talked me through how that particular place handles overnight drop offs. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do, Ferreira’s is now in my contact list! Thanks for bailing us out!
I needed a tow on a Tuesday around 6:30/6:45pm in North Billerica. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me as I worked out what I wanted to do, and it just so happened they had a truck right nearby. I hung up the phone with the dispatcher after paying and the truck pulled up mere moments later, which was a godsend after waiting a while on a different company that never showed up. Truck driver was very nice (Charlie I think was his name) and he dropped the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic's for me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but I'd recommend them!
Driver cut off myself and others getting onto the highway cutting across traffic. Never used the service but I'd entrust your vehicle with another company
One of their drivers almost hit me cutting me off when I had a green light and they went right on a marked “no right on red” turn. I don’t know how he couldn’t see me I was literally right in front of him he floored it and basically ran me off the road.
My van broke down on the highway far from home so we called Ferreira's towing to pick it up and fix it. Everything was fine till we picked up the truck and discovered someone have damaged the back door (huge dent) it looks like they may have damaged it pushing it around the lot. Worst experience I ever dealt with. I was told by my property manager that I was overcharged $75.00. When I went to pick up vehicle the woman wouldn’t give me an itemized receipt until I told her there would be no cash payment without it. I was made to wait for 1/2 hour for said receipt. Rude and disrespectful. STAY AWAY. Beware
Great service. Recently hired them to move a loader for me from Rhode Island to New Hampshire. Michelle in the office was very helpful and pleasant, got me a quote upfront and fit me in on short notice. Joe our driver was very accommodating, had a great attitude, and did a great job with our move during rush hour traffic. Will use this company again.
On 12/19/19 Ferrerira's towed my Mack dump truck. They removed the drive shaft for the tow and installed it at my place so I could move it into the garage next day. This place is very good!!!thanks guys and enjoy the holidays!!!

On this date 04-03-19 I use the service of Ferreira towing Along the way while they Was bringing my truck loss one tire passing side the manager decided to call me and say to me you go and get your forking tired I couldn't believe it I would never use this service again
I have worked in the trucking industry for a very long time and its very rare that I come across a shop or a towing service that is easy to deal with. Ferreiras Towing is one of those places that blew me away with their customer service. Before I called them, I called about 10-15 different towing services that we all complaining about a snow storm and how they wont be able to make it out there. Ferreiras Towing did it without question. Not only was that lady I spoke to extremely kind (I don't remember her name) but she was also very knowledgeable and patient with me. Also, the tow truck driver after towing the truck called me back just to give me a heads up that one of my trailer tires might need replacing and he didn't have to do that. You can tell they truly care about their customers! When you call a towing service you expect some idiot thats rude and disrespectful just because he knows you need him but these guys were completely opposite. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have earned my business! (TAK Trucking)
They were quick to respond, however rolled down my window on a rainy day and was not able to roll back up due to dead battery. Then, left my car in a pile of mud at the end destination. Overall not very considerate service.
Broke down in Chelmsford far away from home and searched for a towing company to tow my medium duty dumpster truck to a shop in the next town. Ferreira's answered my call and immediately dispatched a tow truck to come get me. Truck arrived in very good time, driver was very professional and friendly and hooked me up in no time at all and got and the truck to the shop without any issues. Price was very reasonable and was just very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of both the driver and dispatcher. If I ever need a tow in the future these are the guys I'm calling/
