Was stranded with a flat, had it all taken apart ready for the spare but the lame jack that comes with the car couldn’t pick the car up high enough to get the new tire on. Called explained the situation, they arrived within 10 minutes with a nice hydraulic floor jack and saved the day. Could not have been nicer! Very pleased with the helping hand I so badly needed!
One of the most unprofessional tow services, I had a vehicle that had the emergency brake on, they didn't even check, they didn't even care. They also had access to the vehicle to turn it off. They never checked. Trash company.
Chris showed up within a half hour super professional and knowledgeable made me feel very comfortable as a woman that is so important truck was very clean and organized.
Bob, the driver that tows tractor trailers is extremely unprofessional. I had to have my work truck towed and upon meeting him and asking how he was, he responded that his day was better before I needed his service. He complained the whole time he hooked up my tractor trailer and was getting furious. I tried to sympathize with him because we are both truckers and both have had long days but this man was just rude. He also clearly stated to me that he hates people, but it doesn't make sense to me because youre job requires you to help people. I hope I never have to deal with these people again. It's crazy how one person can ruin the face of a company.
Called for a tow from the mall to home. Chris was super friendly, showed up very quickly, was very careful loading and unloading my car (he noticed it has a very low front bumper). Excellent service.
always add 40 to $50 to whatever price they give you at first because they always find reasons to make you pay more and if you don't pay them you don't get your car back
We needed a tire changed and waited for Sullivan Tire for over 3 hours. These people responded in 30 minutes. If we are ever in need of service again this is our go to spot.

I recently broke down on the Middlesex Turnpike to Rte 3/95 on ramp. It was dark and about 5 degrees outside. I contacted the state police and they arranged for a tow. Within 10 minutes Winn Street Service arrived. The Wrecker Operator suggested that I wait in his cab where it was warm. The vehicle was indeed warm and immaculately clean as well. The Operator had me on his ramp and we were on our way in no time. He drove back to the Winn Street Service garage where he took payment and placed my car in a convenient location for AAA to pick it up and bring it to the auto dealer. He then drove me to a restaurant around the corner where I could get something to eat while waiting for AAA. He could not have been nicer or more professional. In a transaction not of my choosing I could not have been in more capable and professional hands. Thank you for outstanding service when I truly needed it most.

They are not humans they are animals. My nephew got in car accident yesterday on i95 in less then 4 miles distance from his house and they refused to tow car to his house and instead towed car to their lot to get additional charges for "gate fee" and overnight parking. all together $260 for less then 10 min. tow service. Today we had to hired different tow company and pay another $150 to tow car to his house. Hired another tow company just so we do not pay extra dime to those morons. I wish this place get on fire one day. Bunch of rude jerks robbing people

I have bought three trucks from Mike, Ed, and Richie. These guys a A+! I had a leaking issue with my new truck. They got me right in and fixed the problem while I waited. As for towing They have a great team that are very experienced, from light to heavy duty towing and recovery.
