Recommended by a neighbor when I needed a front headlight, I noted the positive reviews when I googled it. Happy to say they are all deserved as far as I am concerned. The proper part was quickly found and quickly inserted and I hate to think how much the Subaru dealer would have charged! My bill was $22!

Prices are a little bit high, and think there rewards program needs work, but staff is always friendly and helpful!

These gentlemen literally saved my life, they went above and beyond, outside of their comfort to come and help me and my two small children. We were in a compromising situation, in the FREEZING cold, 2 hours away from home, new to the state. It was a tough situation, and they decided to be kind and supportive with nothing in return. I will never shop at AutoZone again, these guys have my love forever . Although it won’t be the same location, I am their forever customer; wherever I go.

I am a Mechanic I was also in part sales I have been fixing Vehicles for as long as I can remember so a customer of mine bought a remanufactured Alternator from them so I replaced it start the car check the system still no charge so I go through everything again still coming back to the Alternator so I get on the phone with them I get an attitude from them saying no way it's defective so I go there they test it sure enough I was right so they gave me another one So I get back to my shop put in the 2nd one I get a reading of like 13.1 volts should be 14.2 or in that range with everything on in the car so I take it for a test ride made it 2 miles not charging again so now I'm really pissed 😡 so once again I checked everything out came back to the Alternator again so I go back for a 2 time now they are being rude acting like I don't know what I am doing and so on well again defective alternator so against my better judgement I took a third one well this one did work for exactly 13 months so getting to my point do yourself a favor don't get anything from them that they say has been rebuilt I took the last alternator apart and found that they only fix the bear minimum so they say it's rebuilt LIARS FYI got a Remy alternator from Rock Auto no problem since I use Rock Auto as much as I can the parts are always right and you will not find better prices then you will at Rock Auto shipping can sometimes make it not worth it but it doesn't happen much So in the end O'Reilly's cost me 600. To 700. Dollar's of my time and labor and there attitude was pretty much Rude horrible Attitude's even after I proved them wrong I have yet to hear from this untrustworthy company about how much money I lost because of there neglect and corner cutting just to save more money for there greedy pockets I will never shop at any O'Reilly's AutoZone Puts then to shame whenever I have had a part or a problem AutoZone ALWAYS took care of it and would get me paid Be smart not a fart O'Reilly's will leave you in the DARK

Checked a few times for trailer hitch they had trouble matching truck to item number .I emailed tech support for hitch on cell phone and gave my truck serial # and was given part no. Fast .I do stop for wix filters which I only buy for my equipment and like tools there

Just ask for Jeremy is all I gotta say. Found out he left autozone and now works at this store. I drive from Wilbraham just to buy parts from Jeremy. Jeep master, Chevy master, ford master and jack of all trades for the rest. Keep this man, he’s a national treasure lol

Jermy was so nice and replaced my battery. Asked about my air filter since he noticed my oil change sticker was new. He checked it and it was super dirty and offered to replace for me! Went back inside and got the air filter and replaced it. Everyone was so nice in the store. I’ll be shopping here for everything .

The staff are always so helpful. One of the guys helped me change the battery in my key fob. They can also test the codes if you have any check engine lights on, for free. Super helpful.

Guys just doesn't feel like helping you. Ask about fuses and they said sorry but I cant help you look at the fuse diagram. Had to look it up and figure it out myself. Thanks for nothing.This happened on 11/19/2022 at 12pm.

Wonderful experience, Jake was super helpful. He looked at my engine coolant and matched me with the correct coolant, and then went as far as to refill my coolant for me!

Such nice and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable. I had to get a new headlight and the young man Thomas was very helpful and even installed it for me. Thank you so much for being such a great place for all of my automotive needs!

Amazing customer service! I've always visited other auto part stores because they claimed to be the cheapest which might be true, but it's nice to go somewhere that actually feels welcoming. The service was great and the person working that day gave me great advice which prevented me from buying more than I needed saving me money.

Really excellent customer service, Jake was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with a headlight warranty. Jake quickly solved the Rubik's Cube type puzzle that was the bulb packaging and even installed them for my wife and I. Have always been treated very kindly by the helpful people at O'Reilly's, thanks for everything.

Great staff the last time I was there. While trying to hunt down a starter for a rare vehicle I was given the utmost attention. Rather than made to feel like I was imposing upon their operations, I was treated with dignity, taking nearly half an hour of one associate's time purely for my singular part.

Didn't have a common spark plug. Did offer to get it in a few hours though. Prices were the same as other parts shops.

People are nice that work here and seem knowledgeable for the most part but you'll need a pot of gold to buy their auto parts. But hey parts aren't cheap to buy no matter where you go to get them.

During a heavy downpour they gladly without hesitation or complaint change the wiper blades on my truck. It is nice to see service is not a thing of the past as well. I'll be back in there store in the future for sure

What a well stocked and clean auto parts store. Knowledgeable sales clerks was the icing in the cake. I would visit them again for any of my needs. Open late which is great 👍 I'm very happy that I stopped in here.

I needed to replace my high and low beam headlights in my 2015 Dodge Charger today. I arrived at Orileys and was met by a super friendly employee who was on top of things to help me find what I needed. Being disabled I have issues bending over very far and Kat was more than willing to step up and help me out and another employee (Joe) came out to assist and together they replaced all 4 bulbs in just a few minutes. Dodge doesn't make it easy doing anything with the lights and Kat & Joe didn't have to help me but they both went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate them both. It was my pleasure to buy them lunch. Thank you both.

Prices are not great but fair. The staff at the Easthampton MA store are friendly and knowledgeable of their inventory. And the shelves are kept neat and well stocked.

This is the second time I’ve had a great experience at the O’Reilly’s Auto Parts store in Southampton and decided I needed to acknowledge it. Long story short, I went there in late January and a heavyset gentleman (sorry but I’m not PC) seemed to care more about Facebook or whatever he was doing on his phone, rather than helping me find what I needed. They were busy but one of the delivery drivers, Paul I believe told me this wasn’t his normal thing but gave every effort he could. He made my day, first by not ignoring me and 2nd by solving my problem, even though it wasn’t his job. The heavy kid on the counter didn’t pay any attention to one customer, but I’m sure Instagram was more important than me. I’m leaving a review this time because the young lady who was working there this past Thursday made me feel like she actually wanted to solve my problem, just like Paul did in the past. I was looking for a unique part but after some time she found it in a DC (not sure what that is) but had it in her store the next day. I wish I got her name so I could give kudos to the corporate bosses, but the reason I continue to shop at O’Reilly’s in Southampton is because of people like her and Paul.

This place was fantastic when they first opened. Ever since the beginning of this year things have been incredibly disappointing. I understand the Covid pandemic and the issues surrounding that, but why does the store choose to lock the doors before they're supposed closing time (aka what the sign and Google says), and why are the guys working there allowed to wear tank tops or basketball jerseys so I have to try and guess who is an employee and who is not? Sorry thanks but no thanks, they need to find a guy who cares more about his customers than he does his internet feed. Millennial's...ugh!!!!!

gave part number for right part, I ordered 3 parts all the parts were wrong, not only that there is 6 people waiting to check out, 1 person working, then on the refund the guy tried to short change me $10, on my 2nd returned item because I had to go all the home to find out it didn't fit any way I needed some other items, and was watchef like I was gonna steal something, REALLY!! how about helping!!! I myself personally will never use O'Reilly again and will tell anyone who asks me know about my experience, thanks for wasting my time.

I don’t normally post about great customer service experiences but Kat at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Southampton MA made my day. I purchased light bulbs and wiper blades and she offered to install them....at NO charge! I didn’t expect this type of service but it goes to show what type of employees O’Reilly’s employs.

Great customer service, easy to spot while driving. Helpful staff, prices are decent, some items cost less in comparison to other automotive supply stores. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend.
