Granby Auto Salvage took away my old car, she's seen better days and needed a new home where she could be fixed up or used for parts. Fair price and smooth transaction. Showed up when they said, jumped her, loaded on a flatbed and paid on the spot. Smooth transaction, easy to deal with and they were in and out in under 10 minutes. Highly reccomend.

A great experience all around. They are incredibly nice and the prices are fantastic. I got a salvaged car from them and it runs like it was brand new. I ended up having a small issue with the drivers side window not rolling up fully, but they fixed the issue that day and explained everything thoroughly. They were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They explained everything that happened to the car and everything that they did to the car. I felt very confident in my purchase. I have recommended them to my family and will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Bought a salvage car for my son. The team at Granby auto salvage took good care of me. Car needed some brakes after we purchased it and they had no problem addressing the issue. The next day my son drove away with new rotors and brakes on his car. The best part NO CHARGE!!! Try that at a used car dealership. If you are one of those people that are willing to try something a little different when purchasing a used car I recommend giving Granby auto salvage a look. I had the best experience with Granby auto salvage. They helped me with All the seats I needed for my Toyota Avalon which the seats were all in mint condition. The Customer service from Todd is amazing todd was extremely helpful to me and John even went out of his way to wrap the bottom of the seat so it doesn’t tear my back seat and he also helped me put the seat in my car. I’m a repeated customer of Granby salvage and I’ll always come back to them
Had caliper pulled within an hour and offered free returns if it didn't work as anticipated. Only needed bracket but was cheaper than new. Friendly and courteous
They just lie to u they tell u one thing over the phone charge u an outrageous price then say oh if it doesn't work ur on ur own i wouldn't go here unless u like being ripped off
Bought a car with a salvage title here months ago. Price was right. Had some minor gripes with the car over the last couple months but the owner will do almost anything to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I love my car I bought her. My father followed suit a few months later and he couldn't be happier. A+++. Do not let a salvage title scare you. These cars have to pass a "Better than pre-collision" inspection performed by the state police and Mass Dept. of Transportation.

Stellar! I called around 12 places for parts for my sonata and these guys were on the phone with me over 10 minutes talking about what I needed and they didn't just shove me off the phone and turns out the sonata I had was the wrong year range for one part and the other was most likely crushed already. They were respectable and didn't belittle me like other places! Definitely calling them anytime I'm on the hunt for parts!
The response I had for a part was second to none. John went to the yard and emailed me pictures of what I was looking for in a very short period of time. This was all I needed to decide that they had the part I needed since I am an hour away from their location. Thanks a bunch.
