Very good junk yard. staff that helped me is great called for a sun visor for my Camry they looked it up found the part and I asked a couple questions about the part they went to the parts car showed me photos and verified the fitment and it fits perfect and updated me on the shipment to my area and it was packaged well. Great place for quality used parts. Knowledgeable staff and helpful. If they don't have it, they can probably locate it. Highly recommend. Recycle instead of new is better for most parts anyway.

The cost of parts is fine if you don't mind the owner talking to you like a child. There's no excuse to literally start screaming at a customer and talking down to them all because they put a part on the counter because they missed your sign. Maybe but a pad on the counter and customers with common sense will use it or put the sign in the center of the counter and not at the far end of it. I've had great experiences there with the actual workers but, after seeing the reaction of the actual owner, I don't see myself going back or ever referring anyone there again.
I ordered a seatbelt for my 2002 Ford Ranger. I don't live close to the yard so they shipped it to me at a reasonable cost. It came faster than I thought it would. Unfortunately it came to me jammed because they forgot to tie off the seatbelt to prevent it from overspooling and jamming. I called and explained the situation and the guy on the phone knew immediately what I was talking about and credited my card for the full amount. The guy I talked to said I might be able to unspool it if I messed around with it a certain way, but still gave me a full refund. A few days later I had to time to try the method of getting it to work and I got it unstuck. When I called to tell them that I got it working and to pay again the guy said he wouldn't even charge me. He appreciated my honesty and I appriciated their incredible business ethics. Very rare these days. I wish I could give them more than five stars!
Great place to buy parts from. Always got my parts delivered to me on time and even earlier then expected. A couple times I needed some reciepts rewritten for salvage inspection, and the guys here never gave me a hard time about that. Definitely recommend!
I called late this afternoon (on a hot Friday) and the gentleman that I spoke to was so understanding about the situation. I felt bad that someone had to go into the yard in this heat. I was calling for a part for my fathers car and they went above and beyond… highly recommend
Pretty dishonest quoting a price for a used part that is the same price for the same part new then telling me that "you won't be able to find it anywhere new." I got off the phone withthe guy from Westover Salvage and called O'Reilly auto parts and they told me they had the new one in stock. (A Ford F 150 tail light).
Hello after being lied to from Northampton highway auto and being upcharged almost 300 dollars for a blown transmission I decided to go see rich over at westover super nice guy seemed trustworthy so i decided to buy a transmission for my envoy from him , he had the transmission out for me the next day , everything went super smooth on the install , and im back on the road i also saved $300 bucks , thanks again rich!
First let me say that I reside in the Mid-South. I am 20 hours away from Westover Auto Salvage. I have traveled through two states and called numerous other yards for a part that would’ve cost 8 times the amount of what I paid. From the time I talked to someone on the phone, and communicating through email, I’ve experienced nothing but professionalism. I received my part in a timely manner. I am so glad to have come across this company and will most definitely do business with them again.

When life gives you lemons you make lemonade. When life gives you DTC Codes and yellow check-engine lights, you make a trip to Westover Auto Salvage. And that's what I did. My beater ('01 Accord) and the project I'm working on needed a fuel rail and fuel injectors intact and what I received surpassed my expectations. These are very sensitive parts and taking them off without damaging them takes some care. I am happy with my transaction and the parts went on my car nicely. Customer service was responsive and quick.
Note: Customers are not allowed in the yard and you will not be allowed to visit the vehicle upfront. You outline the part, and staff will take it off for you. This is great if you are short on time and requires less work. I probably would have bought more stuff if I had opportunity to pay the yard a visit and inspect the vehicle up-front.
I'm a happy customer. I bought a used transmission here for under ten percent of the cost of a new one, they brought it down the street to my mechanic for free, and a year later it's still running like new. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.
