Stuck at Charlton Plaza with a bum starter, at night, in the rain. Called Interstate Towing and found them super responsive, and very helpful. Honestly hope we never need you again, but will call if we do!
If I can give no stars I would. They tell you 45mins to 1 hour and then 20mins to 30mins for a rate for $170 to drive down one mile. Canceled the order. Called another towing company which took less than 15mins. And a lot cheaper rate.
My first-ever tow situation was a breeze thanks to Becca. When my car died on the highway outside of Springfield, Interstate estimated a driver would arrive in 30 minutes, which was exactly how long it took Becca to arrive on the scene, get my car loaded, and towed to the shop. The first shop I called quoted me 6 days before they could look at my car, so Becca recommended the nearby Firestone, who luckily was able to fix the alternator within the same afternoon. She made a stressful situation super relaxed and comfortable - I’m grateful to have had her as my driver!
Worse! Thieves! Scammers! Please please stay away from this company. They will ripped you off big time. My Truck broke down on the side of the road and not even highway. They came and move just in the side not even 1 mile away. I asked them how much will be. They keep saying don’t worry just right there so won’t be much . As soon they talk with on the side while someone else trying to hook it. I thought will be $200 t0 $350 cause not even 500 ft . They told me won’t take it off until I paid $1575. I was shocked and they start to threat oohh we will pond this truck if you don’t pay and will cost you even triple amount. STAY Away . Try to call different company if you need help but not this one .
Thieves, and the girl directing calls should be fired. She kept yelling, "not my problem" before she hung up on me. Took me a little trip down to the Chicopee location to convince her otherwise, as she was sitting behind the 3" glass window. Scumbags work in this place.
Interstate was there before they said they'd be there. The gentleman pulled up with a smile on his face and made me feel like it was a pleasure to help me. Then he proceeded and resolved my issue. I was on the road in no time
AAA call. Original estimate was 45 minutes. They were there in less than 10! Unlocked the car in minutes and I was back on the road. Awesome Thank you so very much!
The tow driver Rick was very helpful and professional. He let me sit in the truck while he loaded up my vehicle. They also showed up 30 minutes before I was told they would be there. Thanks guys! I really appreciate Rick. He is a great employee.
The service was outstanding due to the outstanding service technician who was dispatched to help me. Response was quick. The technician was knowledgeable, pleasant and took care of the problem promptly. He answered all of my questions politely offering additional info that he felt might help my situation. All in all can’t say enough about my experience with Interstate Towing.

The tech, Kevin, beat the projected arrival time easily, was very understanding and knowledgeable, and took the time to give recommendations for next steps. He is a class act all the way-- a true professional. If my vehicle had to break down again, I'd feel better knowing Kevin and his company were on scene, knowing it'd get done right
I had a flat tire and haven't learned how to change one yet. The gentlemen from Interstate who assisted me with the tire change were very kind and extremely professional. They were also super fast and efficient! I would definitely recommend this service and company to everyone.
We had a very nice young man named Paul arrive in a very short time with a pleasant greeting ,introducing himself and discussed our vans problem! He explained his plan for loading in a tight and difficult spot and handled it like a pro and still with a smile!!

Serviceman very courteous, professional & quickly changed the tire. I was told to expect him within 55 min. He was there in less than 10 min & had the tire changed and checked all the air in the other tires.
Paul was amazing! He was kind and helpful when I was a bit shaken up from my car breaking down on the Mass Pike. I really enjoyed our chat back to my town and how he helped me take things one step at a time, despite my mind and emotions still being in a tizzy. THANK YOU, PAUL!!! You are a wonderful human!
Fast and friendly locksmith service for my car. The tech was awesome! Really great guy. The receptionist could definitely have been a bit more friendly and helpful but it wasn't so bad that I wouldn't use them again. The driver/tech overshadowed that anyway.

I wish I knew the guys name that came out. He was awesome. After waiting 9 hours on a holiday weekend for a tow, (long story related to my roadside assistance people NOT Interstate Towing) he was ther quickly and was extremely professional and helpful. My experience with Interstate was great.

I got into an accident 50 miles outside of Boston in the pouring rain as part of a multi car collision. I had never been in anything like this before and while I was fine the car would need some body work. The tower, Chris, who came to get me was incredibly nice and professional. He saw how upset I was and was very kind. He also told me how he could help me get back into Boston by using my AAA membership, since he and the company were also a part of AAA, and then processed my paperwork and drove me the hour to Boston. I didn’t have to leave the car at the impound lot which saved me over $200 in what would have been retrieval costs. He chatted with me on the way back but also gave me the space to get on the phone with my bf and parents crying, given how shaken up I was. We got to my apt and he left the car where I asked him to and gave me tips on how to retrieve the towing costs from the insurance company.
Also as a lone female at night in a part of town I wasn’t familiar with and driving the hour back to Boston with a stranger, you can imagine how I might feel a little cautious. Chris was professional, kind and so helpful. I hope that management sees this review and offers him a raise or some time off. I tried to offer him money to buy dinner because he had to drive the hour back but he was humble and refused. He’s clearly a very decent and hardworking employee. For this story alone, I would use them again.
We had a dead battery after grocery shopping. The roadside technician was there within 5 minutes of our call in. We ended up having him put in a new battery and we were on our way 30 minutes after calling in for assistance.
