The guy working epitomized a great customer service experience. He was not only informative, but helpful as demonstrated by replacing my front headlight.
Normally a big fan of Oreillys but this store is awful. Came here around 5 times in the last few months. Always shows they have the parts in stock online or even on their store computers, but most of the time the employee goes in the back and returns saying they can't find it. None of the employees know what they're talking about and even looking the part up for them on your phone doesn't help because apparently their stocking system is very messed up and they have no idea what they have.
I just want to say that the young gentlemen that where at the store this Sat. morning about 8:15 am on 2/8/25. They were some of the nicest and generous help anyone could ask for. I had a windshield wiper emergency and I got a great price on a recommended by both young men, pair of blades at half of what I thought I was going to have to pay, AND HE INSTALLED them for me. Free. How nice is that? And so polite. I just had to say thank you. Well done with your choice of help O'Reilly's. I only wish I have remembered to have gotten their names. MAE
O'Reilly's is my parts store. It was in Florida and it is in Massachusetts. The employee was very helpful he came out and tested my battery he also took my old battery in and brought my new battery out for me
Great service. Tom the manager is very knowledgable and helpful. Needed a new battery and he actually installed it on the spot for me in the parking lot.
Went in for a sealed beam headlight for my truck, and oil/filter. While in the aisle, a guy at the counter offered to look up the bulb, which saved me a little bit of time trying to find it myself. Got to the counter, and saw that he was store manager, named Thomas. At some point while ringing me out, he scanned, and snuck into the bag, a small packet of bulb and socket lube. I neither asked for, nor needed it, and he didn't say anything. Also, while bagging, he told me that I don't want to touch the glass part of the bulb, as the oil in my fingers can damage it when it heats up. While this is true for hid bulbs, it isn't for sealed beams. They're essentially light bulbs. I'm not thrilled that I was sold something I didn't know about, and that I was given incorrect, although not very important information. Next time I have to go there, I'll make sure I don't leave with anything I didn't intend to buy.
Excellent warranty service on car battery that was purchased at another O'Reilly's. Manager took care of this for me and had me on my way with new battery installed in about 10 minutes! Fan for life! Thank you!
Was there yesterday looking for fuel pump for my 87 irocz.
I did some research and found out my local oreillys can get just about any part.
They have a sourcing tool that they can locate just about anything not only was I greeted at door friendly welcome by staff. I will say Thomas the manager and his team know what there talking about. I was impressed with the ability to finally find a shop that know there cars and parts. I got my fuel pump.
