Awesome service , I drove 2.5 hours each direction for a part they were super nice and even stayed late so I could make it to pick up my parts ! Would definitely buy parts from them again !

I have never had a better experience from a business than this yard. Not only did we find exactly what we needed but it was available same day right away. It was cheap AND one of their workers was kind enough to help my husband put it on because he saw we were struggling and I know nothing about cars. He even brought over power tools he was so kind. I am going to refer people here for the rest of my life. We have deal with nothing but trouble with cars and people are usually not so kind this place is incredible.
I went here today for the first time since they changed owners and I was happy to find out that they let you go in the yard and get your own parts. The previous owners didn’t let you in the yard and were not that easy to deal with, so I only went there when there were no other options. I didn’t get what I originally went for but I found a Cadillac armrest that I could eventually need. When I settled up with Mark, he asked me how much would make me happy and gave me a great deal. I was very surprised how easy he was to talk too and friendly he was, which is very rare when you go to a junkyard that doesn’t know you. Because they let me in the yard I was able to see cars I wouldn’t have known were there so I will definitely be back. Especially because of the reasonable prices compared to other junkyards. It’s very easy to figure out what parts are worth online so it’s hard to get a deal, like I did today
I phone them to figure out used parts price, gx470 front and rear bumper covers, The guy told me it costs 1250 dollars for both. He tried to rip me off because the model is rear. So I told him Ebay sells it, 250 bucks per bumper and delivery free. I don’t know why he tried to take advance of me.
Quick Fast Easy ! Needed a TL Engine & was able to get it quick! They loaded it to our vehicle. Hopefully we won’t have to go again, but if we are indeed of something , we know who to call. Thanks Peter !
Dishonesty all the way!!!!! Lie, cheat and steal is thier motto. I bought a transmission that was junk. They knew that and tried selling me the same one again. Lied right to my face!!!! Mass Used Auto Parts can NOT be trusted!!!!!

I had a short window of time to pick up a bumper as I was passing through town from out-of-state and they went out of their way to make sure it was ready for me to pick up on time despite short notice on a busy day. I spent weeks searching for the right parts for my truck on marketplace, Craigslist, other apps, and auto repair shops without any luck. To order new I was quoted many hundreds of dollars and would take weeks for the order to arrive. When I came here, not only was I assisted in finding exactly what I needed in just minutes, and then they showed me how to better install it, but what really amazed is when I learned how little they wanted for parts that were in such great condition! I was beyond happy! Already told my neighbor about this place!
Will quote one price and then change the price once you have pulled the part. Will quote an untested, 8 year old part at nearly the cost of new, and then get a severe attitude when you offer a fair market rate. They unfortunately have a good selection, but I have had to leave several times without parts (that I pulled) because of their wild pricing.
Spoke with John, requested parts that were listed on the site, expecting all parts to reflect the listing. On requesting confirmation, found only half of listed parts were what I requested, fine. Advised John that I would arrive at a certain time, to arrive at the yard, to have nothing pulled, no parts pulled. John would request parts as I was standing in the office, and shortly disappear. I waited over an hour to collect my parts. While I waited, an employee would berate a customer Via phone call, twice. The Pickers were very helpful in taking parts to my car, nice guys. Might as well be a Landfill, with trash customer service.
Drove up from my military base in Connecticut, first thing Saturday morning. Was told the day before by "John/Jay", that he would hold a front bumper cover for me. Arrived on location, promptly for open (8am) The owner, Alex, then tells me, that they already sold my part. Respectfully, I gave you my contact information, you would think that this information would be translated to the customer, BEFORE they make a total trip of 2 hours, for nothing. Owner Alex states, he will source another bumper cover for me. 2+weeks later, 0 follow-up, 0 follow-through. If you are considering order a part here, I would make 100% sure, they have your name/number/email/etc to "hold" your part. Miscommunication or not, this was an entirely negative experience for the end-user. Confirm they will and shall hold your items. Don't be like me and waste your valuable time, making the commute, for absolutely nothing at all. You've been warned.

Needed a hydraulic pump for the convertible top of a Saab 9-3. Found Mass Used Auto on Facebook somewhere and saw they had a used 9-3 with a convertible top. Commented and messaged on the post and received a reply within the day saying they did still have the part I needed. I was quoted $100 for the whole pump assembly and hydraulic cylinders. I was very impressed when I called them and made sure it was in working condition. They confirmed the '02 motor, which is the model they had, was the same part as the '99 year, what I have. $100 for the techs to remove the part, pack it up safely, and ship it to my door in 3 days. After replacing the motor, everything worked great. Even came with a 60 day warranty in case it didn't work properly. If recommend MUAP for any parts that you might need for your vehicle. Awesome prices and great service. Alex was the one who initially messaged me back and was really helpful. He even sent pictures of the part they had pulled so we could compare it to the one we had.
I was really impressed with their customer service, they were responsive, knew the parts I was referring to, pulled them quickly and sent them right away. There was a slight mix-up with the address upon shipping, they mistyped it and offered to send several replacements for free. Turns out the mailman recognized the mistake and got me the original parts right away. I will definitely use them in the future.
Pete and his team are very responsive and helpful. They answer the phone and will get back to you when promised. Their prices are fair and they're worth a drive. I've used them for hard-to-find Saab parts and if they don't have it, they'll get it.

This is your backyard mechanic's dream! Or, like me, an aspiring backyard mechanic. Peter is knowledgeable, very honest, welcoming and friendly. I went there for two parts for my 2008 Saab. One was on back order in the Northeast (Saab dealers were unable to obtain the part). Guess what? They had it! I'm actually happy that my car broke down or I wouldn't have discovered this gem.
This is now my goto store for used Saab parts, even though they're 40 miles away. They're new and definitely off the beaten path, but easy to find. Their prices are fantastic.
Great place to do business with. I was restoring a G37xs and needed some parts. Mass Used Auto Parts had exactly what I needed for extremely reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly and willing to work with you. I was able to purchase all the parts to restore my car legally, get legitimate receipts for every item and pass salvage inspection without a single problem. This will be the first place I will call if I need parts for anything.
