The guy who works there was very nice and helpful. I dont think this is a place anyone wants to go to, paying for your vehicle because it was towed for whatever reason is never fun. However, if I was the one towing people or needing a company to tow for me, I'd definitely try to contract with them. They have excellent security and equipment and follow all the laws and rules properly. I hope I never have to go back there but obviously these services are a necessary part of our society. I was definitely not happy to pay almost $700 to get my car out of the tow because someone i sold it to never took it out of my name and was driving around with my plates, no insurance. They notified me by mail of the police impound but the bill was already pretty high by the time I got the letter and responded. However this isn't their fault and is just how they conduct their business.
Got in an accident far from home, and my car was undriveable. They were able to tow my car and bring me home in the same day. Very nice people and workers. Couldn’t recommend more
This was my first time ever needing a tow and the entire company did a great job at getting me and my car safely to where I could have it repaired. The driver was so kind and personable, regretfully I did not catch his name, but he really helped brighten the day. Thank you for a job well done.
They arrived fast and knew just how to handle the extrication for my car, which was hanging off my driveway after slipping in the snow. The driver was very hard working and courteous. Thank you!
Scam. I did not request the service from this company. When they arrive they did not identify themselves. Wanted to tow my car on dollies even when that is not recommended by the car manufacturer. They did not provide a promptly estimated for the “ towing “ waited 10 minutes for the estimate never got it. However they did provide the “ the release fee” almost immediately I had to pay them 205 plus 8 dollars “ convenience fee” to just to release my car. Long story short apparently this scam happening on i90. At the end my car was towed by the towing service hired by the car manufacturer on a flat bed towing truck.
Great customer service polite and determined driver without a doubt, the only thing I would say is it was a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for and they did a Fantastic job! Would definitely go through them again and without a doubt.
Great service they said they’d be there within 45 minutes. They were here in about 30 loaded up the car dropped it off where I needed it to drop the keys off in the key box perfect.
Had a tough night with the other company that was suppose to assist me,then I called Interstate towing the was greeted with a friendly manner. They took the time to see what my needs were and told me that they will come to my aid in about 25-40 minutes. Guess what, they were there with -in the stated time. The driver was friendly and supported my needs to get me and my car home. Hell of a lot better than the other company that left me out in the 7 degrees weather for about 5 hours. Thank God my son was able to sit with me in his car. Interstate towing, you rock!!!
Our driver was very thorough and considerate to make sure we stayed warm while handling the paperwork. He also gave a tip for a possible rebate of towing through insurance. Any chance to save money (especially on a bad day) is a good thing. Also followed up with secured pictures of the truck at the destination.
Can’t say enough great things about Interstate! From the moment we called in they were accommodating and had a tow truck out very quickly when our pickup truck broke down. The driver was extremely nice and took it right to the garage we requested.
The man that worked for interstate was great. Was there in the time we were told.he was very friendly, had no attitude. Did his job quickly. I won’t think twice about calling Interstate again. Awesome experience!

No idea how these guys get so many glowing reviews. Charged me 44 miles for a 7 mile ride, then wouldn't drop the car until they got paid. So theft and extortion in an emergency situation. Stay classy.
My experience with Interstate was excellent. We broke down at night, two hours away from home with two young children, on the side of I-90.
Tyler, our driver, was extremely helpful and professional the entire time. He made sure we knew what to expect so that there were no surprises, and towed us all the way home (2 hours!)

Promised a half hour tow. Turned in to 6 hrs later. Promised driveway delivery. Dumped in front of house 2 feet from curb. Took another day to get my keys back. They did correct their mistakes after multiple calls. but didn't offer any discount.
You guys saved me!! Thank you! A woman took my call (quickly! I was at 1% battery on my cell phone and she got it done fast), a woman drove and towed my car...that was really awesome for my daughter and me to see. Very efficient and they didnt jack up the price since I was stuck in a pickle. Great all around and Girl power!

broken down tractor trailer and I needed the use of an impact gun to repair my truck as I had a new alternator with me already. The service to me was very fast and punctual at 1230 am which helped very much with keeping my down time to a very minimal amount of time allowing me to still make my delivery on time. This being said was well worth the cost of the service call
They would not release my stolen and recovered vehicle unless I took my other vehicle off the lot. The very polite young lady told me that I should park somewhere down the street and walk back. Nearly 60 years old - disabled veteran - on a sunny summer day. Not the end of the world, just awful customer service. I'm sure they have a good reason, but it's simply not worth whatever the reason is to treat a paying customer this way.
Bad customer service had me waiting for nearly an hr and half for me to get my things out of my vehicle. And when I asked about it they gave me an attitude. Never had this type experience before
Absolutely great service, my driver Luis took such good care of my car and he was so careful with loading and unloading the car. I couldn’t ask for better service.
I just had an excellent experience with Interstate Towing. The brakes went out unexpectedly on my truck making it non-drivable. Interstate promised to arrive by 8am and driver Matt West arrived early and ready to help. He quickly got my truck loaded and delivered to the repair shop. Matt was super pleasant and handled my truck very carefully when loading and unloading it on the flatbed. Big thanks to Matt and Interstate Towing for a job well done!
Had a blow out on Route 91. Matt was there in no time. Cannot say enough about how professional, helpful and friendly Matt was. Had a great conversation. Will recommend Interstate (and Matt) every chance I get.
Excellent. Experience... Was appointment only but once called they came quickly. Servicing agent was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend. Also a great experience with them for a towing issue when AAA was called. 5 star experience.
