broken down tractor trailer and I needed the use of an impact gun to repair my truck as I had a new alternator with me already. The service to me was very fast and punctual at 1230 am which helped very much with keeping my down time to a very minimal amount of time allowing me to still make my delivery on time. This being said was well worth the cost of the service call
The driver was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL!!!!! Couldn’t ask for anyone better! Even gave us a few pointers as to where to go to maybe fix the car or point us in the right direction, extremely extremely helpful, sufficient, and polite!!!
They would not release my stolen and recovered vehicle unless I took my other vehicle off the lot. The very polite young lady told me that I should park somewhere down the street and walk back. Nearly 60 years old - disabled veteran - on a sunny summer day. Not the end of the world, just awful customer service. I'm sure they have a good reason, but it's simply not worth whatever the reason is to treat a paying customer this way.
Great Service to Drain Defense LLC
Our sewer trailer broke down. Called and within 30 minutes we were rolling back to the shop.

Young man went above the call, he did not only come out late night, but also checked my car out to see what was really the problem. Once checked, he explained what was really wrong with it and to get it done asap… I then had a mechanic check it and infact it was exactly what the tow truck driver stated! Thanks to him it was fixed and had the work done in days… thank you to him! Please give him a raise
Your drivers are top notch individuals. Lewis especially was incredibly helpful. I deeply appreciate the gentleman who drove my car to Middletown as well, I did not catch his name. Your dispatch leaves much to be desired. I got a new estimate every time I spoke with them. They made communication extremely difficult, and were repeatedly hostile to me. They blamed all hostility on me and told me they were going to make me wait two extra days to get my car because of it. Luckily Lewis advocated for me and saved me from having to pay the two extra days. These people should be ashamed of themselves for being such friends to the police and hiring such hostile individuals to deal with their traumatized customers.
Bad customer service had me waiting for nearly an hr and half for me to get my things out of my vehicle. And when I asked about it they gave me an attitude. Never had this type experience before
First of all they told me the towing expenses will be $1500 cash. I went ATM and ATM limit was $800 , I told the driver to take me to another ATM but his dispatch told him to bring the truck and trailer to their own lot without telling me the consequences. Next day they drop the bomb me by charging $5018 to release the truck. They scam me so please stay away from them. And may god bless their soul in hell
Had to get my supra mk5 towed after work flat tire, was very respectful and nice, car is pretty low and managed not to scrape or damage my car. 10/10 would want this guy to tow my shit again.

Service was great all around, wonderful communication, driver was on point. Yes it was expensive but I knew that before I called. We were stuck on the highway in CT and had to get back to MA.
I had a flat tire and when I purchased the car I asked about a spare and they showed me the panel it was behind. Well there was no spare. The tow truck driver was very kind and understanding and hooked up the car and towed it to my house as everything was closed for the July 4th holiday.

The driver arrived promptly. He loaded my car onto the tow truck in a professional manner. He was courteous and supportive and answered my questions. He also reminded me that I might be eligible for a reimbursement from my insurance company. I really appreciated that. All in all it was a good experience.

The time waiting was very long and nerve wracking sitting on the side of I-91 in Springfield. There was some confusion as to which side of the highway we were on.
Arrived in less than 20 min. Changed blown tire to spare. Put air in spare. Gave me a jump start when battery died when I went to start the car. Friendly efficient 5 Star. I did not know such a program existed.

I just had an excellent experience with Interstate Towing. The brakes went out unexpectedly on my truck making it non-drivable. Interstate promised to arrive by 8am and driver Matt West arrived early and ready to help. He quickly got my truck loaded and delivered to the repair shop. Matt was super pleasant and handled my truck very carefully when loading and unloading it on the flatbed. Big thanks to Matt and Interstate Towing for a job well done!

Unbelievable customer service!!! My driver not only was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but helped me manage my dog who was spooked while trying to navigate the three lane traffic on foot to get into the tow truck! In addition he had the patience to assure I understood every step of the process for payment and insurance processing!! 10 stars wouldn’t be enough for his service. thanks to the company and to him so very much!! Experience... Was appointment only but once called they came quickly. Servicing agent was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend. Also a great experience with them for a towing issue when AAA was called. 5 star experience.
