I was almost two hours away. Jake took care of everything in 15 minutes. Even though it was so far away, it was worth it. What more could be than reliable and clear. We went for me and got a part for the person next to me. I will try to get what I need about the car from here.
I’ve been meaning to leave this review for some time. I spoke with a gentleman named Doc over the phone regarding the purchase of a motor. He was professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the initial process, and the customer service experience was positive at first.
Unfortunately, the motor I purchased turned out to be defective. I drove from Rhode Island to Wendell, MA to pick it up, and after investing significant time, effort, and labor to install it, I discovered the engine was bad from the start.
It’s extremely disappointing to go through so much trouble only to end up with a non-functional product. I wish this transaction had gone differently, as I’m now out both the cost of the motor and the time and labor involved. I hope the business takes this kind of feedback seriously to prevent similar experiences for future customers.
Exceptional customer service. Worth the trip. Thank you for going the extra mile with my daughter, Kayla and her toyota back door. That was so kind and compassionate. Much safer for her to get home and for my peace of mind. Highly recommend!!!
Just called and asked for availability on a part and gentleman who answered the phone was just down right rude for absolutely no reason .. just so out of the blue and rude I just hung up and decided I’ll just shop and find this car part needed somewhere else not even worth the hassle.
called and asked for a shipment of a temp control, didn't want to ship because the label was not the same as the billing address, had to call another yard
Great to do business with. Fair prices, quality parts. Definitely worth driving the 90 miles to get there. Picked up an axle he had listed online, then he spent some time looking for a second item that I remembered while I was there. Highly recommended!
Awesome experience with Scotts, the entire process of buying a used part was elevated 100%! I was dealt with respectfully from the first phone call instead of being rushed off the phone without fully listening to what I needed. Part was high quality and I was given advice on installing it. This place was two hours away from my home but definitely worth the drive. Look forward to shopping here again!
I love these guys. I recently needs some parts for an older Ford explorer. They had exactly what I needed a couple of good used tires and a headlight assembly. They installed the tires for me and I brought the headlight home to install myself. All at a much more reasonable price than buying brand new. If you have a car that you want to keep going a bit longer (especially now in this economy) give these guys chance if they don't have it right on hand they will do a search for you to get the right part. Doc and Jake are great guys and are both knowledgeable and helpful as can be.

Absolutely awesome experience. Scenic drive was a plus. I called in to see if they had a transmission. He did and held it for me (I was 3 hours away). He gave me a 90 day warranty which I never had to use cause the transmission has been great. I’m also way past the 90 days and it still shifts like new. Give him a call if u need anything he will help u out
Doc was so helpful..I drove from CT and he stayed open for me I looked for 6 months for a part that he had very friendly and professional thanks Doc!!!
When you go there find Doc, he was very kind and friendly. The part we purchased was in even better conditions than we imagined. He put the effort to wipe the scuff marks off the Fender and it looked brand new! We will be purchasing other parts from them in the future. Highly recommend!
Doc took great care to answer all of my questions and helped me find the right part that I needed. I had to come from out of town to get the part, so I couldn't easily see the part before my trip. The part was exactly as advertised, and I couldn't be more satisfied.
The guys at Scotts garage are very knowledgeable and very nice. My 2 younger boys love going there. The guys here allow my boys to learn something while in the yard w me getting my tires fixed or looking for other parts.
