It was like 3 days before Xmas when my cars front right break caliper was falling off because a bracket bolt fell out and using another car within the last hours after having no luck at auto zone oreilys and fastnal, I ripped there so fast and was lucky to pull a bolt off a VW in the yard. When I went to pay feeling blessed to find this bolt lol they said merry Xmas and refused to take my money. Literally thank God for brookside auto parts

I Arrived at 11:45 online says it closes at 1230 the owner was very rude and unkind and yelled and .e to leave with I did I call to tell him the website said 1230 He had no interest in what I was saying and just remain to be rude and hung up on me so beware
I've been coming here since I was able to walk with my dad and I still go to the day with my kids love this place and the workers are always polite and respectful
Terrible place! Been going there for years, not ever again! They lost the only employee that knew what he was doing. The owner was rude, stunk of alcohol and asks outrageous prices. Won’t be long till this place closes! Don’t waste your time!
Awful place, lied about engine, and tried to tell me my mechanic was lying about head gaskets. Asked to get my money back and said sorry they are closed and will have to wait till next week
These guys know what they have and will help you out so please check them out as I am just some random guy from Maine that they helped out with a hard to find part. Try getting a transmission for a Geo Metro 1993 that actually works and the only place I could find it was there at Brookside.
Very good prices (like $60 for a used a/c compressor) good service (they take the parts off for you) open 6 days a week (1/2 day on Sat) and a warranty on parts bought there .
No one seems to be motivated to help you find the car or are knowledgable about what parts they have because they will tell you they have it, when you are lured to go there, they have nothing!! Lazy and inefficient.
Brookside Auto is one of my favorite junkyards of all time! I have been getting all sorts of used parts here for years. There staff is very straight forward but helpful. The yard is very large and has a lot of cars. With that said, this place seems very popular. Sometimes you can't get what you need because it's already gone. Not really a big deal honestly. It happens. They do have a good selection of used tires. Also there prices seem to be the best in the area. I always call them first before anywhere else. Definitely check them out if you haven't already. Especially if you work on your own cars.
Purchased a transmission from them that ended up having serious 5th gear syncro issues (read: no 5th gear). Since it was quoted as good and working I contacted them and they were able to make it right by me. Good people to deal with, not your typical junk yard in my experience. I recommend and would use them again.
