From the moment she answered the phone, the experience was unprofessional and frustrating. She didn’t even introduce herself, and her tone was rude and dismissive throughout the call. I was simply trying to ask a question about a specific part of my car, which could’ve easily been explained or walked through, but instead I got sighs, huffing, and a clear lack of patience. It was a terrible phone experience—thankfully I didn’t waste my time going in person. Do better.
This place is trash, customer service is garbage, they waste your time and won’t compensate. Parts are expensive and the parking sucks. I hope this place goes out of business and none of the employees find work and get rejected for unemployment.
I ordered a part from them on a Thursday, I asked if the part was good; the lady said YES. The part was to be ready by the following Monday. I was there the Wednesday. The part was not ready and was told that it might be damaged anyways. Needless to say I did get my part after calling and verifying days in advance. One of the most unprofessional situation I've ever had to deal with.
These folks are wonderful! They worked exceptionally beyond the call of duty to see that I got the driver’s seat I needed for My Honda Fit! I will definitely be back when I need another replacement part.

Needed a for my older Subaru Impreza. there is none listed online so I called Greenfield Auto salvage and they were able to procure one from one of the cars that they have on the lot. They had the part removed within 30 minutes of me calling. Very happy as it was a very fair price for a difficult to find part

I called for a window for my car and they quoted me $50 then turned around and told me they needed $100 because the window is on a good door and I asked to talk to the boss because he already quoted me the $50 and he refused to let me talk to management and then hung up on me!! Bad for business all because you messed up!! This just happened a minute ago!! Never will I ever consider their business again!!!
Used car parts. Greenfield Auto Salvage is alright. I wanted to get some extra alloy wheels for my car and they did have them in stock. No issue with the parts just really dirty. I also picked up a used headlight. I wish it was OEM and not aftermarket. The prices are middle of the road. There customer service is alright. Not terrible like some people have said. They have a lot of inventory. So you should be able to get whatever parts you need. Definitely a decent local junkyard.
Very knowledgeable, asked for a part they had it ready for me by the time I got there. Fast friendly service. Bonus didn't have that part locally but they did there.

Go here if you know what you’re looking for, always had a great experience at a convenient price. All these people complaining seem like they have bigger things they should worry about, and not enough knowledge about what they’re looking for.
Buyer beware, they practice the "Bait and Switch" here. Make sure you inspect the ACTUAL PART you will be walking out the door with to be sure it is as described and right for your application BEFORE giving them any money! even if they have to have it shipped from elsewhere. This will save you much headache later.
Only seem interested in selling big ticket items. Prices are high paid ten dollars for a plastic trim piece when I already spent over $200 THAT THE PLASTIC Trim piece went to.
