They do have no respect I was parked in a plaza on Lincoln Ave and this guy backed into my truck my son seen him and said to him that car is my dad's that I was going to move it but he didn't care all he hook it and said that i had to pay him $108 I understand that's They're business, but it's crazy that you parked your car in that plaza and when you get out your car it's gone guys they have something going on between the plaza and the tow company
Company is ran by crooks . Go to any of the other 100 towing companies in the area in cahoots with the police for screwing people over then towing there cars and cause of damage .
They were very accommodating as far as the schedule for the yard and the fact that the registered owner of the car works until they are closed and they are not open on sunday so I was having a hard time with picking up my car but they accepted a letter and a copy of his license stating that I had permission to pick up the car and it all worked out for the best
Had my lower control arm break at 3am, driver was there within a short wait of calling. Very professional and experienced, loading my already broken down car without any complications or further damage. And even made sure to unload the car in a place that gave myself room to fix it and still use my driveway.
Was pulled over and towed on Route 1. Was told by police McGarvey's Towing would tow the car. I had more than $1400.00 in tools in that car, along with merchandise I just bought before I was pulled over.
Every single tool was in that car, along with everything I bought.
The gentleman that took care of the transaction was just that...a gentleman!!!

I really wish I didn't have to give them a single tip to a star but am unfortunately forced to give them a complete star their Drivers are horribly rude and disrespectful, absolutely horrible customer service people on the phone are beyond unprofessional I really don't know why the State Police use them they should allow you to call your own tow company. Don't ever call them they wouldn't even help their own family
Showed a week later to pick up my belongings from a totaled car of mine. Mind you was in the hospital and had doctor's appointments. Get told I need to pay 905.00 to get my belongings from the car. The tow wasnt even more than a ten minute dribe. On top of it Im told theyll bring me to court over the 905.00 and that a judge would make me pay it right there and then which I know is BS. Extremely unprofessional and got away with robbing my belongings. Can't wait for a judge to hear this.

Very bad experience with these people. Extremely high daily interest if your car gets towed and you are not able to pay right away.
And if you cant pay their prices, that's not a problem for them: they take your title and junk your car, saying their fees "are what they are"
I had a pretty good experience with these folks. I got their number from the Ford dealership after two other companise fell through because "it's rush hour".
My tow guy showed up within 10 minutes as promised, he jumped my car then towed it to the dealership like I originally requested.
He was polite and businesslike. Can't ask for anything more.
DO NOT patronize this business. They nearly ran me off the road, caused an accident with two other vehicles and kept driving. I've reported it to the police.
Yesterday I had issues with my truck I called my own towing company to come get it but one of these guys towing guys showed up called the cops and ended up wasting 4 hours of my time. Their driver was extremely rude didn't listen to reason and refused to give up my truck to my towing company. They don't have the required truck to tow it yet they called two of their tow trucks to the scene didn't tow anything didn't kay a finger on my truck and at the end of the night expected me to pay for them being there.
