The dispatcher and driver were very polite. The price offered to me was reasonable. The only slight flaw was not receiving the phone call the morning of the pickup. Even tho it was scheduled for pick until the afternoon. A little heads up would have been nice...granted I did get a call 30min before pickup.

The process was as easy that can be. Get the estimate on line, tell them what day and time works for you, and they showed up on time pay you cash and done. Man, straight to the point and got in and out as soon as they could. Text me all the way up into the absolute perfect time to come in. The man who took care of me was a little bit focused on the job more than letting me know what I need to do, but overall, I say that it was extremely good cooperation from all parties. If you need money and you need your car out of your yard fast this is the place.

I was very impressed with Salisbury Auto Salvage. The woman I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions for what I needed to have my car picked up. I then scheduled the appointment and was contacted on the day of pickup to let me know when they will be arriving. The pickup driver arrived and hooked up my car, provided a bill of sale and cash payment. It was such a quick, pleasant experience. Quick and easy to work with. Daughter slid off the road in her starter car. Front end damage, scrapes and damages on the side of the car and broken window. They took it three days later and paid on the spot. Very easy.

I had to part ways with an old friend (jeep wrangler) today and was so grateful to have made contact with Salisbury Auto Salvage a few days ago. I didn't do a very good job researching auto salvage. Luckily my wife did. She found Salisbury Auto Salvage and they ensured her that they do out of state recoveries. From first contact through extended text messages they provided and followed their plan for pickup. The driver was one greatest human beings I have met. He asked for a quick ID check, the title and boom provided cash in hand as per preciously discussed.
I don't plan on using their service again but it is nice to know they are here to help people who are in a bind to pickup vehicles.

Each and every person I dealt with from inside administration and sales to the final pickup of my vehicle was courteous and professional. Very good customer service. Very good availability. They showed up pretty quickly after I left the office. I asked them to pick up my junk vehicle. They showed up with cash in hand and a bill of sale for me to sign- Written in advance and ready to sign. Hauled my junk truck onto the tow truck and headed out. Professional and convenient.
