Emailed in for a quote on day 1. They texted me back the process and asked for proof of ownership (via photo of title). That also set the schedule for pickup which was day 2. Day 2 they called me about 30 minutes before they were expecting to arrive at the downed vehicle. Sure enough 30 minutes later my clunker was gone. They paid me in cash then left. Easy peas!
We tried Peddle and they had to reschedule three times before I realized they were not ever going to come pick up my junk box. After the third attempt I called the third party salvage company who was scheduled to pick up my car. They were located more than 30 miles away. When I spoke to the dispatcher, he gave me an excuse of "I tried calling you three times and each time your phone was disconnected." I've never once had my service disconnected or had issues with people trying to contact me via phone. Obviously, they did not want to make the trip to pick up my shit box. Wish they would have been more transparent and told me their travel time alone made it unlikely they would pick up my vehicle. Boo to Peddle.com

We had no idea what to do with our mom’s 20 year-old car once we forced her to stop driving. Thank goodness, our mechanic mentioned Salisbury Auto Salvage. That was the perfect solution! I went on their website on a Thursday night about 7 PM just to see if I could figure out what it might be worth, And I was shocked to get a text message immediately back from them with the information that they would need to give us a good quote. I could be wrong about the name but I know his story, from down south, with kids, and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and willing to answer questions while I hung around, and even my wife crying (she loved her expedition).

The dispatcher and driver were very polite. The price offered to me was reasonable. The only slight flaw was not receiving the phone call the morning of the pickup. Even tho it was scheduled for pick until the afternoon. A little heads up would have been nice...granted I did get a call 30min before pickup.
I have used Salisbury auto twice within the last 5 yrs and both times the entire experience was smooth quick and professional. The woman in the office set up times for retrieving my vehicle and what payment to me was to be expected. The drivers who came for the cars were very good and professional as well.
