Great Customer Service. Linda was willing to help me with my scheduling issues. They were all very helpful (the driver towing two cars) and it just turned out to be a same-day service. The pricing was much better than the other two salvage companies I was working with or should I say tried to.

It’s always a great thing when you can trust using a service for a first time, and one that comes highly recommended! and did not disappoint! I have been driving vehicles 10-20 years old since I started driving in 2000’ and have been told by many people to use Salisbury Auto Salvage. For some reason I didn’t need to salvage any of them until my 2005 envoy Denali was ready for retirement in 2025. And they were my first option. *painless and efficient! Quick, easy and professional. Unfortunately my truck is old and needed to go. I was able to make a hassle free appointment online with Salisbury salvage. I wasn’t sure how easy it was going to be to get out of my driveway. But Jay came, backed right up to it with no problems and away he went! Very friendly, knowledgeable young man and he did a great job!!
Great service. I called last second before closing and I was still able to book an appointment. Linda was awesome she was kinda and understanding. She managed to hook me up with a next day pickup. The tow driver was also cool because he helped me fill out the bill of sale and sign the title since I've never done it. This place is awesome and I highly recommend it.

Salisbury Auto Salvage is awesome. Using the online estimator I obtained a price for my used vehicle and was satisfied with the amount. I called them and was given the exact same estimate. I had specific needs for a time for pickup and removal on a specific date. I live about 35 miles away which was not an issue at all. The dispatcher was friendly and understanding my needs arranged for the pickup. Communication is very important in business and they excelled in communicating what was next and how things would happen and they called me ahead of the pickup. I wish I knew these guys existed a few years ago when I had a couple of cars to get rid of. Very professional staff .
