I had a scheduled towing for 4 pm, they come at 2:30 pm. The most inconvenient thing because everyone is still at work. I'm on a nightshift schedule and instead of getting uninterrupted sleep, I had to deal with this. They said that the time request wasn't there. What's the point of having a scheduled time request? I would've given 1 star, but the guy who came to pick up the truck was nice and professional.
Transport driver was excellent to chat with and remove the vehicle quietly and efficiently at my residence

Awful service, they ensured me they would be at my location in 45 min, after 2 & a half hours I finally gave up and left my car in a parking lot
they didn’t answer my calls after confirming he’d be on his way, damn guy didn’t even have the decency to give me a call and tell me he wouldn’t be able to make it.
These guys left me and my girlfriend stranded in the winter, awful company won’t recommend you guys to anyone!

I have waited well over 2 hours before calling them and when I did, the voicemail said it was a different number. My car is not moving and I have appointments I need to get going to. I came back home to a dead car- my car has a safety feature to not die since it is a newer car.
Got this place through AAÁ. Took 2 hours to tow my car. Then lost my car. My car missing between 10am and 6:30pm only find it cuz the place they dropped it at liked in the car and found a paper with my info on it after getting home from work. The tow companies answer? That they dropped it at my house then it was stolen. I live in the boonies, my 3 family house is a 1/4 mile from the road, and surrounded by trees. Most people have no idea it is here. My neighbor said no tow company came at all. This was the worst tow company. The owner was rude.
This business was contracted to come out and change my flat. Given an estimate of 60-90 minutes but no one came out for 4 hours. It was then cancelled (not by me) due to amount of time. I tried calling multiple times with no answer.
When my tire blew out on the interstate, I was lucky enough to catch one of the trucks picking up another car and asked for help. Their service was quick and affordable, and the people I spoke to were super nice. I had just come from the grocery store, so time was of the essence. Thankfully, they had my car towed and my tire replaced all in about 40 minutes. Because of that, I was able to get back home before my food spoiled. Thanks!!
I called them through Tow365 dispatch. They left me stranded for 3 hours. I waited way past the 90 mins window before calling them. They said they would be here in 20 mins that they were having trouble with the weather. Another half hour goes by and I call again, they tell me that they are down a truck and tell me they are 15 mins out. Another half hour, goes by and I cancel the tow through the service and go with someone else. They called me back to ask me why I'm canceling since they are five mins away (asked in a tone suggesting I would be crazy for cancelling now.
This company obviously couldn't handle the call, yet instead of releasing my call so someone else could handle it, they were greedy and kept me stranded.
Not properly insured. Rear ended my car and provided false insurance information and was not cooperative. Lots of other towing places in the area that won't lie to your face.
