I called for a tow in Saugus on September 2nd 2025, it had been a long weekend and was ready to get my car towed to a location and figure out what I need to do next, the tow guy Blake Came and made things easy had a great conversation and was patient. Wish I could give a half star. Absolutely predatory business. Friend's car was stolen, taken to this company's lot, yet the friend involved has to pay? Friend was never properly notified by this company. Why wouldn't the person who stole the vehicle have to pay for the storage of this vehicle...? Literally makes 0 sense.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This tow company caused significant damage to my car due to pure negligence. My vehicle was towed from an accident and then dropped because they failed to secure it properly. As a result, the entire front bumper was ripped off.
When I approached them about the damage, they took absolutely no accountability. Instead of owning their mistake, they acted like they had no idea what happened. Angel, in particular, was extremely unprofessional—he started blaming me, the customer, for having the car lowered, as if that somehow excused their careless handling.
It’s one thing to make a mistake. It’s another to refuse responsibility and try to shift the blame onto the very person who trusted you with their vehicle. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. If you care about your car and want basic professionalism, look elsewhere.
The employee Ray remained professional the entire time and worked with us to file a report and take care of this situation. She even had to remove Angel from the room as he proceeded to argue with us as customers instead of taking responsibility.

had called a few times for service, and mostly I get blunt, and straight-to-the-point answers to my questions which was alright, not the best. But I had call recently and spoke to Nicole and it was the hands-down best service i could have gotten; given me helpful information. I was almost hit by one of your flatbedshauling a U-haul truck. The girl on the phone asked me if I got a number on the truck after I told her that he was right behind your office on Aborn. She hung up on me after refusing to give me her name or put me through to a manager! The driver took the corner from Boston St. to Aborn St. so fast the u-haul truck came out of the wheel lift temporarily ! REAL PROFESSIONAL!
Terrible customer service from the attendant doing overnights Wednesday to Thursday. Called in for a a tow for someone parked in our designated space and so did my property management office—8pm the evening before. Car still there in the AM

I had an amazing experience with this Todisco! My van broke down in the middle tunnel in Boston at 7:30pm, and I was stressed about what to do. Luckily, Ben came to the rescue! The staff/ workers were great but whoever decided it was okay to charge $57 to send a certified letter when it literally costs less than $5 is just trying to milk people dry

Surprised to read all the critical reviews. For us, Todisco could not have been more helpful and accommodating given a traumatic situation. Both the immediate post-towing from crash site and the follow-up paperwork and "clean out" of totaled vehicle at their Salem salvage yard were handled professionally and with all due consideration. Charges, etc are mostly result of their contract with state and municipalities as well as legal obligations. Five stars from us.
Second time I've dealt with these unpleasant, unprofessional people. Called on 6/21/23 to report two illegally parked vehicles, one with Florida license plates, in the 27 Charter Street Salem Housing Authority lot. Gave my name, etc.and the woman I spoke with told me they will only take service calls from the property manager or a housing representative. I explained to this person that SHA has sent out notices instructing tenants to contact Todisco regarding illegal parking issues, as SHA contracts with them. She put me on hold for several minutes and returned claiming she had the contract with SHA and that wasn't the case. She then said they would not come to perform the tow. I told her that I frankly didn't care and if they didn't want the business then fine, but SHA gave us Todisco's contact info in the notices they sent to residents and instructed us to call them. In not so many words, she then accused me of lying about the SHA Parking policy issued to residents and then proceeded to raise her voice and yell and scold me for my "attitude" like I was a 5 year old child, (I'm a middle-aged, handicapped grandfather of two.) So either Todisco Towing is wrong or The Salem Housing Authority is wrong, but once again public housing residents are caught in the middle. Thanks so much. This issue was never satisfactorily resolved by either party. It was reported in person to Salem Housing Authority at their 27 Charter street main office. No one at SHA followed up with me about the matter. Salem Housing Authority did put up a couple of "NO PARKING" signs at the entrance and exit of the lot during the height of Halloween tourism and Todisco Towing suddenly started prowling the lot more frequently, but that pretty much fizzled out right after SHA took the signs down after Halloween. Illegal parking is still a problem, especially now that the POS Salem mayor and City Council are encouraging year round tourism. Tenants are once again left to deal with a problem that is the job of SHA to enforce.
For a place having a city contract their drivers should not discriminate prople base on from where they live. My car was getting tow from the Chelsea Ma projects the driver yelled out quote word by word "I'm sick and tired of people living the in projects thinking they're somebody" also from my point of view is a fraud to make a person pay a drop feed when the car is clearly on the floor. Hence the term (drop feed).
Avoid this place at all costs. Worst customer service I have ever experienced by a very long shot. When we asked for an itemized breakdown of the price, the presumed owner of the place said outright that he wished he charged us more. They will also bill you $60 to send a singular postage letter to your house if you aren't able to pick it up the same day.
My car was stolen then found n sent to Todisco Linda went above n beyond to find my keys then put them in a secure spot until they could b picked up. Unfortunately previous to linda I interacted with another woman who was very low on the personality chart n customer service. We need more women like India in customer service n less of the other thank you Linda

when trying to call for info I was bumped around from Boston to Salem. Man on the phone was kinda rude and I thought going out to the yard would be an awful experience but when I got there the woman at the desk was awesome. So nice and I had no problems with that whole experience.
Had to use this place through Uhaul. Was told it would be 60-90 minutes, closer to 60, but it turned out to be over two hours. I was trying to move and was really strapped for time. As the guy was working on the battery with the hood open and the truck on, he started to smoke a cigarette while literally leaning over it. Extremely unsafe and unprofessional.
