My experience buying a car was pretty painless. From my first contact with Andreia to my last, I felt very comfortable. she was very helpful without being overbearing.
Louis Monteforte helped me test drive, and ultimately purchase a used car at their Peabody location. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday evening, and he was very cordial and helpful. I did not feel too much pressure during the process, and everyone at the dealership was friendly, and courteous. I did not catch that one of my key fobs had the entire button housing broken off, but that was more my fault for not double checking everything, being a first-time buyer.
Louis also texted me after I left to make sure I got home okay :-)
To be totally honest with you it was really really messed up I showed up there to buy a car and there wasn't anyone there that was qualified to take my money I live in Bangor Maine and had to travel three times back to the dealership to get everything taken care of and the car came with no book for how to operate different things like the heat or radio or anything else for that matter and when I asked about getting a book they said the car didn't come with one. I paid cash and my mom weird the money to the dealership and the car should come with a book for it ?? All so the car no inspection sticker on it. So another thing I have to do before being able to drive it . And I was lied to my the guy that I had to sign paperwork with about the warranty still left on the car. Until the girl I was dealing with check again after telling me and my mom about the warranty .but I really love the car. And believe in God . So it is what it is.
I worked with Johnny You at Mini of Peabody. He was super informative and had all of the answers to my questions. He showed me multiple options of preowned 4 door minis and helped me weigh my options between those or a lease of a new mini.
I’m thrilled with my new lease and would definitely recommend working with him and with the dealership in general! I went in on a Saturday afternoon and by Monday at 12 I was driving away in a new car!

Had a great experience buying a used Countryman here in December- Luis was incredibly well versed on the Mini platform in general and on the specific car I was interested in down to the details of previous owner! He answered all my questions honestly and made me feel comfortable buying the car. They even fixed some dents before I took it home! I am extremely tardy with this review, since I have been a loyal customer of sales and service for over a decade! Mini, as a brand, has a very cool vibe! Mini of Peabody is so true to this great concept! I have bought or leased five Mini Coopers from MOP! Every one I have ever worked with has been so nice, fun, relaxed and professional! I would like to single out Nicole, Mark, and Yegor in service! Also, Charlotte, the Mini genius was super helpful! The sales approach is very low key and friendly! Definitely a high touch experience! The facility could not be nicer! The cars and the dealership are so beautiful! While you are waiting for your car, the waiting areas are very inviting with nice snacks and drinks. Service will valet you to a store or mall nearby and pick you up again! One of the nicest dealer experiences I could imagine!
Great experience purchasing a Mini for Mini of Peabody! Was the fastest transaction I have ever had buying a car. The team was ready me when I arrived.
First time dealership experience was easy and fun. From my initial point of contact expressing interest in an online listing, everyone was very communicative while not being obtrusive. Appointment was set up with Louis, who was so helpful and guided me patiently through the process of buying used, getting financed, and finally, getting the car to me. They actually dropped my car off while I was working (I’m a teacher), which was so helpful because I didn’t have a car at the time. My 2015 Countryman All4 has been a dream for these last 8 months. I plan on bringing her in for a pre-summer tune-up any day now.
My experience from the start with Nicole Decoulos was easy and helpful. She connected me to Jared Doyle who was amazing and helpful. Walked in to Mini of Peabody after calling and speaking with Johnny You inquiring about a mini Cooper I saw on the Mini of Peabody website.
Went to test drive the 2021 Mini I inquired about and found out it didn't have a sunroof, I told Johnny You I really wanted a manual transmission and a sunroof, he said he had a 2021, it was red, I told him I wanted to test that one.
Well, I bought it. It was also a certified pre-owned lease which came with the manufacturer warranty which had two years left, that was a bonus for me, Johnny was very attentive to what I was looking for and he was very easy to talk to, and he was not a pushy salesman.
I have a lot of respect for him, and he put me in a vehicle that I love and I feel comfortable with..
It's was hard enough going from a convertible to the hardtop, so the sunroof and moon roof made it...
I have no longer have buyers remorse.

After a terrible experience at Mini Of Bedford, I was nervous for my first oil change. Mark, the manager, was kind, professional, and informative.
The waiting area is large, clean, and comfortable. There are snacks, facilities, and a little cafe area as well.
Fredy, the tech guru, even took time to sit with me in my car and show me all of the features. I’ve had it for a year and didn’t even know half the stuff this car did.
What a relief to know I have such a great car support team!
