Worst place in the state. I would never go there. They overcharge everybody and you have to wait between two and five hours to Dump. And then they make sure they take care of themselves before anything else.
Pinto was convenient rather than other scrap places cause they only weigh steel and don't care if u take scrap apart. Three full pickup truck loads, only got 100 cash.

475 lbs of steel
20 aluminum light fixtures
1 diahwasher
2 bike frames
1 LARGE snowblower
And much more within the 3 trips. They are scamming people and low cutting prices.

Jose in the excavator is one of the best operators I've seen, been going to this place for a few years now and I will not go anywhere else. Always a pretty quick process, very professional.
Over an hour in line with just 6 trucks in front of me then they charged me 325 for about a ton that's 225 250 everywhere else. No scale just estimate. I asked for a price when I saw no scale wouldn't give one . Why ??? If your only going to estimate anyway
They were awesome, very fair. and respectful for a small business, small truck ford 150 sfx just trying to survive. They help me and my family eat. Thank you guys for everything.
No scale? For metal recycling? NO SCALE? this place is a clear scam. They don't weigh your load they guess how much they wanna give you. Sounds like this place needs to be investigates for fraudulent business operation. DONT RECYCLE HERE YOULL GET RIPPED OFF.
I have been selling them my scrap metal for years. But they have ripped me off for the last time. I will never return. They under payed me around $50 for my last metal run. It's not worth my time if the metal yard steals from me. Take your metal somewhere else.
If you want to wait 3 hours to dump trash or metal this is the place. Then before you unload some rude worker yells hurry up.Then he's"laughing"this place use to be great. They pull more of their trucks in cutting the line where other ppl been waiting sad place. Watch out they do every dump bye eye no scale...
They are great and helpful guys and they have fair prices for all of the metal I bring in. A little challenging to navigate if you haven't been before but I like going here. Just wish there was more space!
I will add that I sometimes rely on estimates for my metal weights which are usually pretty accurate but sometimes very under what I know I should have like today. Definitely leaves me disappointed when this happens but I guess it's a lesson to myself to put in the extra work and put everything on the scale of I want accurate pay. Oh well
Initially they charged me 800 when I rented this truck, after picking it up they charged me 300 more for overloading when I didn't even fill it completely if you want to continue being robbed keep renting here. if it is difficult for you to earn the money, it is easy for them to withdraw it from your account.

I'd come with the same stuff each time in my truck and they would typically charge between 80-100$
This time same exact stuff as always and the guy said 200$!
I told them its always the same stuff and he said its heavy stuff- I told him its no heavier than usual
They knocked it down to 150. Which is bogus.

Ridiculous. Use them all you want but talk them down and get a receipt. That way the guy can't pocket it
The most unprofessional outfit I’ve delt with in a long time. Prescheduled a dumpster for drop off with specific time instructions, dumpster never came as promised. Called and complained, they proceeded to cancel the dumpster and had already charged me for it. This left the job and myself up against a wall with completion. Steer clear of this company!!
No even worthy of a star. Their policy which is to go and dump in Roxbury at 8am. Then take dumpster to location. So plan waiting hours for the dumpster to arrive. According to the office they will not even give you an estimated time of delivery of dumpster.
Very unprofessional company. I was driving on 95 south and one of their trucks were in front of me. Next thing I know trash is flying out of their dumpster and a piece hits and dents my truck. I try to take down their license plate and of course it is covered in dirt. I drive up next to them and try to get them to pull over and of course they don't pull over, so I take a picture of the side of their truck with their DOT number. All of this could of been avoided if they took 5 minutes to put their netting over their dumpster. Next I call the owner to tell him what happened and he said no problem my insurance will fix it, as you can see in my picture. They put in a claim with Selective Insurance, had someone come out to check my truck, and a week later they are denying the claim. The owner now won't pick up his phone and keeps telling me to call his assistant, who is also telling me tough luck. So now they are getting this terrible review and I am sure DOT will be paying them a visit after I call them. DO NOT use this company!
Saw one of your trucks driving up 93 with paper and Styrofoam flying out all over the place. Traffic actually had to slow down because there was so much. Not very environmentally friendly.
I find this co...in a spanish radio add...they offer plumbing work too... I call this guys, they did terrible job ,, make damage in the sewer pipes. and still from me 150 dollares I pay in from for another job.. but this people never show up... dont use this people........
