I had a complicated situation where the dealership had requested a tow from this company. They requested a tow at a specific time for the car I had just purchased. The car had a problem and wasn’t able to be driven back to the dealership. I wanted an exchange or even for the car to be fixed. I get life happens and time isn’t in our hands. Due to the tow truck driver unable to pick up my car at that time the dealership requested a pick up. I LOST the opportunity of buying/exchanging a new car at the dealership that same day. Also, I LOST work hours waiting for the tow truck to arrive. Four Star towing called me an hour before they were supposed to pick up the car. I arrived for my appointment at the dealership, but they couldn’t help me due to the car not being in their physical possession. When I arrived at home around 8pm. The tow truck driver just left with the car. It was four hours late and the dealership had closed by the time they towed the car to their lot.
I want to applaud the hard work this company does, but my experience wasn’t to their 4- star rating. I hope other paying customers have a better experience than me. Have a great day! I hope this TRUE EXPERIENCE helps the company and others do better!
Park somewhere you’re supposed to , my car broke down in some parking lot while at the bar ! their driver understood my situation given the fact it was late and I could’ve gotten towed for trespassing, but helped me out giving me a tow & a ride home as well, I know they’re just doing there job when it comes to these trespassing signs but driver was really understanding, and insisted on helping me They deal with a lot of prejudice people where I was at! I see a lot of people’s reviews , they don’t target anyone that’s b.s if they see an easy tow and they go for it ! Can’t knock their hustle ! I’ve seen one of their drivers drop someone’s car free of charge if u talk to them nicely! Great People who work there ! Those of u who think otherwise really need better communication skills & sense of surroundings ! Thanks Four Star & Team
So my wife is disabled and parked in a parking lot waiting to pick up her caregiver. She got out of her car across the street to only come back to a tow truck trying to tow the car. The driver was black and his friends were Spanish decent they all knew each other and they were parked in the same lot but were told by the driver to have a good night all caught on film by my wife so my wife who is disabled gets towed are you kidding me and the supervisor has the nerve to say we will pray for your wife no how about your playing the race card my wife is white they were targeting her she was defenseless I will tell you never ever use this company and what you should have done was fired the driver for telling my wife only cash no cards what scammers but we will see in small claims court who will win cameras don’t lie but four star towing does. The right thing to do is return my wife’s money picking on the disabled you should be ashamed of yourselves.

This is the worst tow company in the world first of all everyone that works there is rude and their tow guy delivered my Benz to the wrong address and lost the key so I had to make a new $385 key. The lady on the phone in the office whatever her name is and some fat guy at the front desk all mean people protected their alcohol reeking tow driver when he lost my key. Service is the worst here called them five time two hours after they showed up and the lousy alcohol reeking tow guy lost my key and was rude calling me names. Honestly don’t use this tow company they’re a bunch of racists unprofessional people. I was advised by the cops to sue them for the loss of my key. I repeat don’t use this town company unless your white then maybe yes
Extremely rude, condescending and disrespectful woman named sharmaine works here. I came to pick up my vehicle and asked about the fee being charged to me and why I was towed and sharmaine who refused to give me her name when asked snapped her fingers at me. Unprovoked harassment and disrespectful demeanor. Even tried to change the amount of the towing fees after I have been given the price. I suggest you come here not alone.
Great people, Great service, I'm glad to have met Scott he was very helpful in my unique situation, which was we had a trailer lose a wheel while towing a forklift on 95s, they were right there in getting us off the road and with getting the trailer back on the road again.

Staff was rude. Thw environment there is completely toxic. Besides being upset about my situation, you could feel the negativity coming off the proprietor. The proprietor was unbelievably unprofessional and unhelpful. The staff had to translate what he was saying because it made no sense whatsoever. He was obviously in a bad mood, but that shouldn't come out in how he deals with the public.
They towed my car without proper sign posting to say that it could be towed, and basically their answer was "not my problem, pay the bill." No empathy whatsoever.
The red-haired woman in the office was kind enough to get me the property owner's information, as I wasn't towed for parking improperly.
Would not recommend. Worse than having your car towed. Is dealing with this company.
Very impressed by owner Charmain and her team - had a blowout on the highway on my way down from Maine to Logan airport trying to make my flight as its Captain - and had to leave the vehicle on the side of the road. Exceptional customer service in working with myself and AAA over the course of the next several hours to come up with a solution to have the vehicle towed and fixed. Great company - thanks Four Star !!!
Had my Ram 1500 towed due to a security issue. Scott from 4 star towing responded he was courteous knowledgable and put on a clinic on how professionals tow a locked out vehicle via wrecker & dolly. Also i received a text from him with photos of my truck at the service center to say i was pleased would be an understatement. A HUGE THANK YOU to Scott and 4star service.

My SIL was in a very bad accident a week ago on RT1. This was the place that was called to tow her car. She was a Jane Doe for two dys. Tyler who I’ve spoken with was the kindest person to work with. We had just moved to Florida so it was hard for us not being there to help. Very very helpful with us being here. Won’t go into cost but it could have been real expensive. Tyler was humane enough to work with us because the actual tow time & days could have easily racked up the cost with my SIL not even awake. Once he had my number & we had her belongings he texted me to let me know he made sure my BIL got everything out of the car. Thank you Tyler for all your help Cherie Picariello
These guys did a fantastic job. I picked them because of the ratings. But I cant beleive that anyone has the balls to complain about the service. They took care of my BMW and delt with all kinds of problems that they should not have needed to and did it well. They are professional, went above and beyond what I expected, and the price was better than all others. They are my first call next time, no need to shop around. Cant say enough good things about these guys.
I was traveling for vacation from Missouri. Called them by the luck. They were very prompt. I only waited about 20 mins for them to show up The Man who changed my tire was very nice and did a good job. He did everything I asked of him. Appreciate them for helping out an out of towner and not charging me an excessive amount. Very reasonable.
They towed my brother’s car from an accident scene, and they gave the car remote to the adjuster from the other party’s Insurence company and never got it back. When me and my brother asked the towing manager for the remote, he said I don’t have it sorry and started giving us attitude when we told him he can’t do such thing, he can’t just give the car remote to the adjuster from the other party’s insurance company. And then he said he’ll try to reach out to them and get the remote back and so far nothing yet. I really don’t know what to do anymore, I’ve been calling four star everyday and nothing, my remote is still missing. Attitude, irresponsibility, can’t keep accountability of people’s stuff. That’s all I experienced dealing with them
I got a flat tire. I had my son with me. I have never need road service ever. well I was scared to death. But after I called a friend who called Four Star for me. they arrived on time the driver made sure me and my son where safe. He explained what he was going to do. Explained charges called his office to run my card. he performed the tire change. Use gloves my car stayed clean. Which was awesome! The driver let my son blow the horn on the truck. This scarey 1st time road service was a 5 star service!
Excellent customer service and prompt response!They were great at staying in contact to let us know their ETA. Scott was professional and extremely helpful in assisting with our flat tire during rush hour in the worst possible location. Highly recommend Four Star Towing!
Four Star Towing is excellent. The drivers andthe customer service in the office was unbelievable ! Their willingness to go above and beyond what was unexpected. If I need a tow in the future, I will definitely call Four Star Towing again.

Whoops! Parked my car in the wrong spot at Conifer Hill and got my car towed! I was not happy as expected, but I was able to retrieve my car quickly and efficiently! Truthfully, it was my fault and everybody at 4 star made an otherwise unpleasant experience, awesome. A big thank you to the owners and staff for treating me with kindness and treating my car as if it were their own.
Great company. Broke down on 95 when I was driving home. Called them and they had a driver there pretty quick. Very reasonable pricing and got me and my car to the garage. Would definitely use them again. Straight forward and very honest.
If I could give this company more stars I would!! I called to have my car towed and the gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and professional. He gave me an estimated time that the driver would arrive as well as the costs that I would incur for the service. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and was very professional. They towed my car and notified me when it arrived at the dealer. A very pleasant experience and I would recommend them if you need towing service. A five star plus +++ company
Very professional company. My car broke down on 95 (tire blow out no spare) googled local tow companies found Four Star. Matt H arrived he got my car loaded in just minutes and got us off the highway. Definitely saving there number.
IF YOUR IN NEED OF TOW, LOOK ELSE WHERE. THIS TOW COMPANY DID NOT CALL PRIOR TO ARRIVING, AND DID NOT EVEN STOP, INSTEAD, HE OR SHE JUST DROVE OFF WITH NO ATTEMPT OF TRYING.
Words can't explain the frustration this company put me through yesterday (01/05/2018). MY car had broke down in my driveway and through my road side assistance my insurance got in touch with [Four Star Towing] who gave a 4 hour wait period before arriving. I heard a tow truck coming and looked out the window to see [Four Star Towing] driving by. They arrived well before the 4 hour estimate, however they never called me prior to the arrival nor did they even stop. INSTEAD, they called my insurance 40 minutes later and said due to my street being a One-Way, and the snow: they were unable to tow my vehicle, and stated that I will have to WAIT TILL SPRING TIME to get my vehicle towed so that there is time for the snow to melt.
-LUCKILY, my insurance contacted G J TOWING who arrived in an hour, and towed my vehicle within 10 minutes of being on scene thanks to some common sense and willingness to work by the G J Towing driver, unlike the lazy driver 'Four Star' sent me.

I had somewhere to be this morning, and of course, my car was dead. Quick Google search and Four Star Towing Service was the first company to pop up with a website and their address. Quick phone call and they said they'd be there within an hour (I don't recall who I spoke to.) I got flustered because I was late for an appointment (my fault, not theirs), and they said they'd redirect a truck and would be there in under a half an hour. Matt showed up in just under a half an hour and got my car going. For some random person to call them and for them to go above and beyond to get a truck to me as soon as they could was impressive. I'm beyond grateful for how I was treated this morning and the service I received. I'll definitely call them again for any other issues!
They were great! Called them at 8:30am on a Monday (day before the 4th of July), and they said about an hour or so. They arrived within 45 minutes, brought a flatbed, got the car and towed right to the mechanic. Super friendly and very fairly priced - $90 CHEAPER than 2 other places we called!! And Scott, the tow truck driver, was awesome - super friendly and efficient!! Would highly recommend!!
