The staff was pleasant & professional when I initially called. The staff made the appointment easy & convenient. The driver that showed up was extremely personable and professional. It was a pleasure to watch him improvise his way out of a difficult scenario, that employee (& others) is absolutely an asset to the company. Completely satisfied. Tow came within the scheduled time and was gone within minutes. I called on a Monday to see if they would take an 05 Cadillac that refused to stay together enough to pass a state inspection, despite all the work that went into it. They said they could be here in an hour, and they were! And they paid much more than a dealership would have as a trade in. The tow truck driver was very friendly and had no problems getting it up on the bed and out of the driveway, despite us having lost the key. This team was very pleasurable to do business with. everyone i spoke with including the driver that picked the car up were all very nice and honest. i would highly recommend calling them first. I called a couple other companys and got a cut and dry response or no response. Note, if they dont pick up on your call they will call your # back. I even got an email follow up after my first conversation. They also offered me a little more $ than another.

We contacted AAA on a Sunday and received confirmation and a reasonable (1 hr) time-line estimate for our service. We also received a link to follow the truck's location on a map with more specific information. The truck arrived in about 40 minutes and driver Jake was friendly, efficient and very helpful. We had to be towed to our home approximately 1 hour away at a busy time of day. We appreciated the help and would definitely recommend the company to others.
