Part was listed online for $120. I called to verify it was there and they said “I can’t sell it to you for that.” Showed up to buy the now $220 part. They decided they were cash only that day right as I was about to put my card in the reader on the counter.

Customer service is a joke. They want you to pay for the part (a bumper) first without them sending you pictures of the part. So if the bumper has any dents, then there’s no way of finding out but you’ve already paid for it. 0/5 stars.

What a lazy yard. Their inventory showed they had an exhaust manifold I needed for sale. when asked if they had it in stock 'oh for 30 dollars it's not worth my time to go look for it'. . Ok Then why did you list it? He did say 45 extra would make it worth it. Sure. I wish I got paid 45 to walk through a shed. Not my fault your inventory system is lousy. I'll add this to all the other negative reviews. Go where your money is valued.. not here.

Giving one star is even too much. They deserve zero. I spoke to somebody named Jim and he said he had the part I needed and then sent me the wrong part. He told me to send a picture to another number and they will check it out. They replied and said they made a mistake and sent me the wrong part and they'll send the right one out. When it came in, once again it was not the right part I needed. I called back after 2 unswered messages. When I ordered the part I gave them the part number the dealership gave me. This guy Jim argued with me about my mechanic not putting it in. I paid $185 for this piece of junk that doesn't fit my daughter's car. I'm going to call the better Business bureau. This guy had a big attitude. All buyers be ware look someplace else because this place cannot be trusted.

If there is under 0 stars I’ll give a millions worst place never seen in my life the guy at the counter so mean and rude has attitude for no reason, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE plus they charge 3 times the prices !!! Definitely not recommend this place

The guys at this place go out of their way to be jerks. They charge three times the amount of other places and then an extra fee to remove the part. Then when I asked if they make sure the part number was correct, they hung up on me. I’ve never met a place with more attitude that sells used car parts. You’d think that they were wrapped in gold.

Wish I could say the last few reviews were off, but I called and although they didn't have the part the guy on the other end couldn't even suggest one place else anywhere in the state I could go. Thanks for your assistance.

Do NOT do business with these people. Sold me a Jeep cylinder head with a bad cam/lifters/rocker arms and won't let me return because "it's a good head since it's not cracked".

DO NOT EVEN GO HERE!! Worst experience, waste of money and time. We got a part for my car and asked for a specific year ,came home realized they gave me the wrong year which would not work on my car. I called them and let them know they gave me the wrong year for this part and the employee starts screaming saying im a liar , scum & a loser. He said he will not do a refund only give me credit and yet they dont have the part i needed. So waste of money , waste of an hour drive there and incredibly rude and ignorant. Save your time and your money go somewhere else. Place is TRASH!

I bought a rear seat based on the photos they sent me that showed near perfect condition with it being clean and free of any major cosmetic flaws. The actual condition of the seat looked nothing like the photos. It has some significant cosmetic flaws and looks like it was sitting out exposed to the elements for years. Unfortunately they make you pay before you even see the part, so I was stuck with it. I took a chance and it did not pay off.

they are an actually junk yard all they sell is junk. Don’t buy from them, we buy from junk yards all the time and this is the worse of all. I bought products from here twice, it was completely disappointing. Firstly, I bought a seat and the seat was very dirty, so I wanted to return it, but they deducted 35% of the money and gave my money as a credit. Then I bought a screen to use that credit and it was not working either. As you can see, this is a place that is completely disappointing and based on defrauding people. If you read the comments, you will understand.

These guys are scammers period stay far away. They lie to you about having the part you asked for then sell and ship you wrong parts or different number parts then when you bring it back, they charge you a restocking fee of 35%. They make money off you no matter what and you get screwed. It is a scam period. You are all warned.

Ordered a fuse box for Volvo, the part was physically damaged and was never mentioned, also had water damage/corrosion (the same problem as my part) and they claimed it was tested, which was a lie. Wasted a lot of my time.

I simply called to ask about an exhaust system they had listed online. I asked if the exhaust system was a full exhaust and if he could send me a picture, and he began to get very nasty with me and start yelling profanity, and then said we sold it and hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. I would never do business with this company.

If I could rate this junk yard 0 stars I would, they are an actually junk yard all they sell is junk. Don’t buy from them, we buy from junk yards all the time and this is the worse of all. They don’t me to bring the vehicle to the dealership to verify problem and they wouldn’t even cover the diagnosis.

I was sold the wrong part. I called to tell the individual who sold it to me. instead of coming to the phone and speaking with me he had another co worker tell me that if one comes in that they will let me know. Didn't take my name or number. Being my first and last experience with them I didn't know that you have to pay before you see the item. Because of this I'm stuck with a part I can't use and out $100! I called to speak with the same individual the next day and got the run around. He stepped out,be back at 2:15, then in same phone call another worker tells me he's out sick! When I asked why I wasn't told that in the first place the response was " I'm not him and I have other calls to take" and hung up. They have been in business supposedly a long time but treating customers the way I was treated ,I can't see how. Never again! Spare yourself the aggravation.

The guy who orders the parts, that's been there for 20 years, has a big mouth and likes to insult women. He needs to watch his mouth when he talks to people, because the next time, someone might end up shutting his mouth for him. Terrible business practice, customer service sucks and the overall business is horrible.

We needed a front left door airbag for a '97 BMW 540i. Charlie was knowledgeable and prompt in getting me the correct application for my vehicle. Part was delivered on time 3 days later, installed and no more Air Bag warning! Thank you Charlie for your excellent service

These guys are crooks! Delivered parts to our place of business, demanded payment for it before unloading it from the truck, and then delivered damaged parts that absolutely could not be used. Mismatched seats from different trucks with different stiching, missing headrests, and torn leather on drivers seat.. none of which was disclosed. Even their driver agreed the seats were terrible, and not 'clean' as described. He 'called his manager', who proceeded to yell at me over the phone, and hung up on me. I told the driver to take the seats back, but they REFUSE TO REFUND ME! This is dishonest and they havent heard the last of me. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Ordered wheel hub from them and it arrived quickly. Item was exactly as described and didn't look bent or damaged. I got the wheel mounted today and using it for spare so won't know for sure how it will feel on the car but they guarantee that it is not bent so I trust them.

Orderd a tailgate, before ordering asked for photos they said i need to pay prior ill get the photos. I have paid for it the got the photos of the part on the palet fully wrapped so you can't see condition of it. When i receive it open a wrapping and found the pretty good dent on the part with a corrosion. Contracted seller and they asked for photos, after they received photos I got told it were damaged by shipper with a fork or so. So wouldn't recond get anything from them until you see it first. Because you will get zero to none customer service after you paid for it.

Ordered a part over the phone and ended up having an issue with my credit card and they had to call me back to sort it out. Everything ended up getting solved. Lisa was very nice and even called me back to give me tracking information since the shipping department would be closed the next day. Will update if part is defective but customer service has been 5/5 so far.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they take over a week to “find” a part, they verbally assaulted me on the phone and in person. The only reason I called was for an update on a part I had paid for in advance. Do not use this shop they are rude and unorganized, the unprofessional behavior of the owner was very childish and agitating.

Bought rims and got talked into getting tires. I was told they would be a set of 4 or 2 and 2. Received all four different tires (different tread, speed ratings, and load ratings with terrible wear on at least 2) and they wouldn't take the tires back that day. Got an opinion from subaru and was told 4 separate tires will ruin the transfer case. Harbor gave me a 3 week run around where I got left on hold indefinitely and hung up on. Finally called jen and was told I'd be able to get an exchange Saturday. Turns out on Saturday it was too cold to take the tires off. They finally did it and it turns out it was not too cold to take the stems or snap them off. Paid $28 for that privilege. A battle the whole way, but at some point someone had to be the bigger man so I cut my losses and just left. Don't buy tires and do expect to have a loss leader added if you find a deal. Just go somewhere else.

Very good experience with this junkyard. I'm really not sure where all the negative ratings come from, most likely people who don't understand how a junkyard works. The people here were friendly, and I was able to get an alternator for my Cavalier without any hassle. I was even able to pick up the part same day. Overall I have nothing bad to say about these guys. Thanks for a great experience!

TERRIBLE! Absolutely the worst used auto parts facility I have ever dealt with in the last 25 years of business. Dishonest employees, poor quality parts, thieving refund policy in that they charge you a 25% restocking fee even when they sell you a junk part that cannot be installed & they are unwilling to replace said defective part even though they have a warranty policy that says they will. I would not recommend purchasing anything from these folks-run fast & buy your parts somewhere else. I would give them a negative rating if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service!

For me, it was a great experience! I live in Houston. I blew out the spare tire on our Mazda 6, and Mazda wanted $300+ for a replacement. Searched the web and found what was listed as a "good" spare tire at Harbor for $85. I communicated with Jim several times via email about the tire they had. He was very prompt, cordial and helpful. He shipped it to me that afternoon. The tire arrived a few days later and was in "excellent" shape. Put it in my the trunk that night and believe it or not, my wife had a flat the next day. Used the new spare and it worked better than the original. THANKS JIM!!!
