Ordered wheel hub from them and it arrived quickly. Item was exactly as described and didn't look bent or damaged. I got the wheel mounted today and using it for spare so won't know for sure how it will feel on the car but they guarantee that it is not bent so I trust them.
Ordered a part over the phone and ended up having an issue with my credit card and they had to call me back to sort it out. Everything ended up getting solved. Lisa was very nice and even called me back to give me tracking information since the shipping department would be closed the next day. Will update if part is defective but customer service has been 5/5 so far.
Very good experience with this junkyard. I'm really not sure where all the negative ratings come from, most likely people who don't understand how a junkyard works. The people here were friendly, and I was able to get an alternator for my Cavalier without any hassle. I was even able to pick up the part same day.
