Do not go to this store. The guy who called himself as the manager is very impolite.Mass authorities should stop this Lynn way store to do business or get fire the miserable and ugly manager. Manager insulted me very bad. I’m calling the general manager to investigate the Lynn way store manager. He is a bad guy.
I went in on a sunday, There was one employee, The other guy was getting coffee, This young kid had such a bad attitude. He didn't even want to help me buy an oil change.

Just went there with my boyfriend and his father. The man who serviced us had a terrible attitude. He said, “ why are you making me waste my time if the engine light or whatever isn’t on.” He said other things. He was annoyed, but it doesn’t matter. His tone and demeanor was completely inappropriate..we didn’t know, or i didn’t and made a mistake. terrible tone & attitude. I’d say it to his face no problem but didn’t have time. His boss should deff have a talk with him about how to appropriately talk with customers……He looked like a white a bigger dude…
They have many parts in stock these days available for pickup or delivery. I find stuff very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I may have. My recommendation
Soon after I walked in, I had a friendly employee walk up to offer "assistance " in finding what I needed to get. That is quite refreshing from just hearing a non interested, bored, apathetic person shouting "can I help you" from behind a counter. As a matter of fact he took me right to the item I needed.
Got in touch with a live agent super friendly and easily explained the situation, but ol dude on the phone over there in Lynn had no idea he could even cancel an order and when I explain customer service said they are able to he wants to say oh alright well I know we can’t cancel online orders because it hasn’t worked before here let’s see if I can get someone who knows more then me.. well moments later you found that cancel button didn’t ya bud and ya manager had to give you the pin to allow cancellation. Another company I’ll not buy parts from anymore.
Customer service was great. Spoke with Peter who was very helpfull finding the correct parts I needed. Recommended speaking with him especially when it comes to Toyota vehicles. Thanks!
Peter and the other two fellas were attentive and helpful. Website is easy to navigate. Once you pick which location it tells you item#, so can quickly find it in store. Affordable prices and fully staffed.

Showed up at 7o’clock and the door is close I see people inside I just tell them all I wanna do is drop the battery off and it says they close at 7:30 even the open sign is on Never again first time coming here
I went there with my friend who needed some new windshield wipers and some oil and he walked in there and you got everything that he needed and the guy that helped him was very helpful good place to go if you need anything for your car
Well stocked store, from parts to accessories. Knowledgeable ans friendly staff. However, some things are really overpriced. For an example, Sylvania Silverstar light bulbs for my car were $46.99, while across the street at Walmart I got the exact same brand/model bulb for $34.88 (check the photos). That's a significant difference.
One of the better oreiliys stores. I come here all the time, since it's cheaper than it's compation. Good employees who are always willing to help. Would highly recommend in comparison to other locations.
This store is horrible how do you have a person on staff that can’t even speak English and because he doesn’t understand me he just tells me they don’t have the part when I was just in there yesterday and I know they do.. learn how to run a business the right way and this is not the first bad incident I have had here like being left on hold for extreme amounts of time you will never get my business again and if it was up to me I will make sure nobody I know ever goes there again
I had a return. The employee was helpful, pleasant & efficient. No problems. My bf comes here frequently for parts. They seem to have a good inventory and competitive pricing.
Don't buy auto parts from the Lynn location. They have the worst customer service and are so rude, especially when you call in to ask about parts in stock or try to put an order in for pick up. Expect to be on hold for more than 5 minutes at a time, to be hung up on, and for them to be chatting to each other while on the phone with you. One employee told me I could pick up my part the same day yet when I went to order the same part again another employee told me it'd come the following week and I'd have to pay for shipping. Why would I be charged for shipping when I'm picking it up at your store?? They don't know what they're doing or simply just don't care. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
Nice store. They always have what I need and offer services that many of the others don’t want to anymore. Prices are about average; high on some things and lower on others, but it mostly washes out and the service is worth a couple extra bucks if it comes down to it.
This is a newer auto parts location with a AutoZone just a few feet down the road that has been well established for many years. The customer service is way better then at AZ and they have just as much the only thing that prevents them from taking out the competition is their prices as it seems for the most part their about 10 to 15 percent more expensive.
I am a o Reilly customer,I buy everything there for my car.some workers are absolutely great.but sometimes there are workers that don't care about customers.O Reilly,please try to make your customers satisfied with their experience.But today I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE !!!!( My recommendation is that if the workers are stressed out.twll them to not have a bad attitude)
Went in there Thursday after work 6/16/17 &@5:30 pm & the gentleman working at the counter was beyond helpful...they didn't have what I was looking for...so he ordered it online & told me to pick it up the next day..very friendly & extremely helpful !!!!
