This auto repair shop I have to say that it's one of the best in my whole area, ever since I've been coming to this place they have treated me as a loyal customer the prices are decent.
The owner and also the mechanic that has repaired my car been very friendly understanding and very helpful.

These people are unprofessional and is racist toward any race outside their own Latino culture I went for a simple wheel inspection and the owner worked on another guys car before mine and he came 30 mins after no appointment but I had an appointment, he then after making me wait over an hour with 6 crew members on board an no other customers besides me ..he send THE WHOLE CREW ON LUNCH and left me in the shop by myself for an additional 45 mins and still no one came to talk to me or tell me what’s happening…when I approached him about it he stated “ idc if you waited go somewhere else or I will call the police” while his whole staff stood there and laughed at me while we are in the middle of a snowstorm they continued to talk in Spanish the entire time and threaten me with the police anytime I asked anything because I’m a black man in there city
This place is one of the BEST quick mechanics in Lawrence. They're cheap, can do almost everything, the owner is extremely nice, and he gets you done right. Bring your parts, get same day service, hella quick. They won't charge an arm and a leg for a control arm or an axle lol. Got an accurate quote and my car is definitely happy that's it's being taken care of. There's a reason bro been open for 20 years!
I was informed that the car would be repaired within 2 business days. Then he told me another 2 days and after 7 days the repair was not done and he informed me Go to the dealership . i Go to the car and throw it away. Everything inside was stolen. The worst place

I’m not typically someone to leave reviews but want to recognize the amazing service I received a couple weeks back from Luis and team when the muffler broke off my car unexpectedly from rust and they were able to repair it super quickly so that I could make it back home about an hr away! Luis allowed us to sit in his office while we were waiting and was very accommodating. Gracias Luis and team for the exceptional service!

Good mechanical skills however their prices are staggering. We could have purchased the same part installed anywhere in the state for half the price. They should be grateful for their towing contracts. Raymond and Helaine
He was nice till he got paid. We called him about a sound the car was making, he had a nasty response. Went to another garage ended up spending$500.00 on passenger wheel that almost fell off, only after a month & buying it for $2500.00 Don't trust him.
