They shouldn’t hire women that don’t know about cars. I went to buy power steering fluid and this lady with black hair and wearing a hat assisted me. She behaved unprofessionally. She was confused about my request. Didn’t know what she was doing. Charged me for transmission fluid, instead of steering fluid. Finally she asked a gentleman for help and he corrected her mistake. Thank you to the male costumer representative who was able to finalize my purchase and provide the correct item.
Nobody knew anything about parts obviously they hire anybody long as you know how to work a register. If I could give a 0 I would. Start training or hire employees that are knowledgeable about parts smh
Hi went into this place for new wires / plugs / cap and rotor explained to the guy what I had for a truck. The guy asked me does a 305 engine a six or an eight cylinder. They don't know anything about cars or trucks. All they really use is the computer these days. Don't waist your time with these idiots on Winthrop Ave in lawrence mass
Not a bad place. Employees will follow you to the aisle but not ask if you need help. They just pretend they are looking for something apparently to make sure nothing is being stolen. Which unfortunately is probably an unfortunate occurrence. Not everyone is there to steal ...
I was trying to buy some tires for my truck while 2 employees take care of one I stood there for more than 20 minutes You need to get with the program So I left You're lost
The staff at this location was very friendly and polite. They took the time to help me and locate the item that I was looking for which was much appreciated. Pleased with the professionalism and service at that store.
I found what I needed in less than 10 minutes. O o ooo reiley! I wish the shop would have been open so they could help me check the tires and install a part, but it's ok. I was able to get it done in the packing lot.
Stopped in to buy some paint. Staff said case glass open help yourself. Ordered me some Duplicilor specialty paint. Hard working crew there I've found. Tough area
Thank you to the VIP Tire & Service mechanics and manager who replaced the alternator on our 20 year old Infinity when our car broke down - on our way home from vacation, in a crazy storm, late on a Saturday, on a holiday weekend... and on top of that it was a bear of a job - of course. They persevered well past closing time so we could continue on our way. A million stars for excellent customer service and kindness!
Service was Definitely Outstanding along with there products, afterwards one of the ladies came out to assist me and showing me how to put those tricky wipers on in the wink of eye fast.
Compared to the Automotive place right across the street..

I was serviced by a rude clerk and the service code machine "wasn't working". With as much competition there is in the car parts/service industry, pushing away customers with poor service and non-functional systems will inevitably cost you. Probably the last time I visit this place.
