  Bought a hood for a a santa fe after driver 2 hrs to pick up at Lawrence open the box and it was a used hood primer black and the box was labeled for another vehicle year and model. When back to the store and talk to the manager Christ that was really rude and unprofessional about the situation. Part was purchased a week + before the confrontation received was provided to him and show a 1500$ purchased, at the moment there are legal actions on the process.

  The service is pretty bad, had to stand in the lobby with other customers for 20+ minutes as no one was around. Once someone did appear to assist, they were rude to a customer as they only spoke Spanish, even though the worker spoke Spanish! The only thing they have going for them is the fact you can get car parts and an OK price. They make you go all the way to the truck loading docs just for someone to hand you the parts instead of just giving them to you at the front desk.

  Very rude, they tell you one thing, then have the audacity to lie to your face and say that they never said anything to you basically calling you a liar. I have seen the manager get aggravated and yell at customers for things that are his own fault. I no longer will be buying parts here, it’s better to just pay more money if this is the way they are going to treat people. Almost as if because the parts are cheaper, they can give you attitude and act condescending. Lawrence location has really gone down hill from when it first opened. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  The worst part about this place is that they never get the parts on time they'll promise that they'll get them the next day but it takes 4 to 5 business days which the delay your whole job which you get to the point of paying extra $15 and getting them from Empire at least they're very reliable
