These guys care! You don’t add gold flecks to your gleaming tow truck's paint job or insist on all safety measures unless you’re invested in being the best. They pulled a dead car from a tight garage using a dolly truck and won a customer for life.
I was driving down 495 when my dash lit up with tire pressure warnings . I got off the highway and drove past the Chevy dealership. Pulled up to Coady’s right at morning break time for the Mechanics. They had me on my way in 20 mins. No Charge !!

Drivers these are the guys you need to call. Another tow company was going to get me,but canceled after sitting on the side of I 495 for 6 hours. I called for an emergency motorcycle tow on a busy Summer Sunday. The person on the phone was friendly and upfront about the cost. The truck arrived within the estimated 20 minutes, and the bike and I were home 45 minutes later. Friendly and helpful driver and excellent service!
Had to take my new F-250 to get an inspection sticker because of the weight. Was a very fast process and the guys were great. Would definitely recommend if you need a commercial or overweight inspection sticker.
Our 34' RV broke down at a rest stop in Chelmsford. Luke took great care of it on the 2 hour tow back to our house. We're so thankful he came so quickly and got our family home safe.
They were called by DOT on a service call for one of our Unit's.
Once there, they realized that Unit could be repaired on sight, even so they were called to tow it away.
Coady's charged us just $500, when they could go for a couple of times more for the tow, and storage.
We need more services like Coady's..!
