All the workers are so respectful, I parked illegally and got my car towed which makes it my fault but when I went to pick it up even though I was very upset they calmed me down and explained why i was in the wrong, like a grown man I had to take that L and move on, awesome people tho!
Towed my car while I was parked legally in a business parking lot. Guy tries asking for cash to put it back down while I was there. Very sketchy company.
This company towed my car for a second time in less than 5 minutes and caused damage in the process. They appear to create multiple Google pages to hide the large number of negative reviews they receive. Be cautious.
Towed my car at 101 Amesbury street at 12:52pm. I kid you not I parked at 12:46 pm. This business is absolutely dirty and damaged my truck during towing. Charging 175 dollars and damaging my truck all because I was in the wrong parking lot for 5 MINUTES. Stay in school kids or you will end up running a scam tow operation.
UNAUTHORIZED TOWING. The property management didn’t call to report it. They towed my bf car on Memorial’s Day. One young boy and older man driving the towing truck said to my bf that they’ll wait for me if I paid them in person (as soon as my bf called me I came down in 5-7mins with my puppy) and they still left with the car. Straight scammers. Be careful with this company. The energy you put out always finds its way back.
Towed my brother's in vehicle less than 10 mins parked without a no parking violation sign. Then stating the police and property manager reported vehicle on memorial day holiday... While the police stated they never reported it and property manager office was closed....They proceeded to illegally tow the vehicle than trying shake down my brother for cash to release vehicle prior to writing report. Then after towing vehicle,falsifying reports saying police or property owners reported vehicle illegal parked. Straight up criminal activity. Lucky they getting 1 ⭐.
Review for Best Price Towing Service – ILLEGAL TOWING INCIDENT
I’m writing to report a predatory and illegal tow performed by Best Price Towing Service on Memorial Day — a federal holiday when no property management staff were on site to authorize a tow. My vehicle was parked at a public park, not a private lot. Despite this, my car was taken without notice.
As I arrived and tried to stop the tow, the driver demanded cash payment to release my vehicle — an unethical and likely illegal practice. After speaking with others, I confirmed that tow companies are not allowed to solicit cash payment on-site to release vehicles unless authorized and documented properly.
To make matters worse, the company falsified the time of the tow, claiming it was at 11:59 AM, when in reality I parked the vehicle approximately 30 minutes later. This discrepancy proves the paperwork is inaccurate and raises serious legal concerns about how Best Price Towing operates.
No tow was authorized by property management, no warning was given, and the location was public property. This incident reflects unprofessional and possibly illegal business conduct.
I parked my car at McDonald next street for 20 minutes, they were towed my car . I walk there pick up my car immediately, and they charged $172 !! Like a Robber !!
My vehicle was towed for not displaying my temp parking permit for my apartment complex. My fault. My personal engagement with Rene and the business was amazing. Professional, courteous. My vehicle is new and they took care of it. The business operated as it should be, by the rules and regulations they work with. I accept my accountability for the situation, and applaud this business for their commitment to running a fair operation.
Absolutely predatory practices by this company. I have already filed a complaint with the Massachusetts Transportation Oversight Division. Incident occurred at 101 Amesbury St lot. Towed after completing a legitimate medical appointment, left to get a beverage, within minutes the car was towed. The issue is there is ZERO signage regarding the duration of parking (other than overnight) and absolutely nothing about the length/duration of parking. I had an appointment within the building, how could I not be allowed to use the parking lot? Upon calling, we were met with incredibly rude unprofessional staff who refused to identify themselves by name. One even identified himself as “the guy who is watching the cameras” They were extremely hostile and made sure to let us know.
This business SUCKS, my girlfriend got towed because she went to drop our kid to the YMCA so can continue to do appointments on 101 Amesbury Street and they took her car in less than 1 minute, they sit and prey on people awful people, share this let everyone knows about this scumbags!
I should have known these people were crooks when they told me "cash only". I'll spare the details but they outright lied to me several times. I could take them to small claims and win as the law is on my side here, but I've already wasted enough time. Much better that you take your business elsewhere.
Unprofessional business. My visitor was towed from visitor parking. This business is supposed to be open at 8 am. I was outside the towing company at 7:50 am sharp and waited over an hour. 9:04 am and still not open. What a way to start the morning.
Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Their drivers search your vehicle without permission. The company is a group of scammers. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
These guys are the best,had my full bagger Indian Roadmaster break down and wouldn't start, these guys had me home in record time with our a scratch!!! Sharing the number with all my bro's in case of any emergency break downs , would use them over triple A any day who was a complete nightmare and thank God I found these guys!!!
Predators! They are scammers! This is a horrible company. They will shake you down for your money! I was parked for 5 minutes and they towed my car from a EMPTY Burger King parking lot! This company has lookouts and all the businesses around the area waiting to give them a call. Whatever legal action I can take on this matter I will.
I hope they get everything back. The worst experience I ever had. I think they intentionally pick people who cant do anything about it. He saw me, we spoke and within 5 min he was picking my car. I asked him so many times I just went inside for 5 min requested 100 time but they are all about the money and if they think ripping people off will make them money then wait till god will do his calculation of right and wrong.
If I could leave zero stars I 100% would. These people towed my guest cars from our daughters first birthday party. This is the lot we have parked in for every other family event with no problem. They damn near verbally assaulted everyone they spoke to. They towed two of our very pregnant guest who were trying to get there cars before they put them up. Got in my husbands face and ruined our whole event. The manager was absolutely disrespectful. I wouldn't believe the positive reviews for a second.
Predatory towing company that wants to shake people down with an arrogant owner. Harassed one of my Amazon drivers for $200 cash while he was delivering a package.
I never leave reviews but I feel inclined to warn people about the management. Awful experience with this towing company, spoke with the owner at 10 AM and he said the truck would arrive at 10:45, went back and forth on the phone for almost 2 hours because he kept telling me “5 more minutes”. Finally I called — 2 hrs later!!— to see if we should call a different company and he said “yeah call another place” and hung up on me. Zero stars.
Do not believe the reviews on this page! Go to Yelp and read the real reviews. I am 8 months pregnant and stopped to used the bathroom. There were cars in front of me and behind me but funny thing is my car was picked out of all cars to get hitched. I wasn’t even gone for 3 mins. My car is the orange looking one. Long story short I was looking at my car and not even a foot away when they hitched it and they refused to Let it down unless I paid $100. When I tried paying with debit card they refused or and told me I need to go to an ATM and leave my car there while they waited. What’s funny is they were easily able to direct me to the closest ATM. What a coincidence right? I called the police department to let them know the situation and the dispatcher was kind enough to let me know to go to city hall and file a complaint because this company has a bad reputation and does shady stuff like this all the time. These people are scammers and have people on watch waiting to tow your car.
Can’t recommend this company enough. I needed assistance with my car. Came out immediately and got me out of a jam and for a very fair price. If I ever need assistance in the future I will not hesitate to call.
The Owner was very professional as he took very good care of me. I was very lost in the state of Massachusetts and he can came to tow my car in a timely matter. If I ever need more tow services when I am in MA. I will be sure to call this company 10/10 recommend. Thank you for a great service.

I had the best experience with best price towing. I had a flat and they came right away. I have also used them for tow's as well and they have been awesome to me. I highly recommend them!!
