I was pulled over on the side of the road with my car smoking, Eric pulled over to ask if I needed help, I ended up calling him shortly after for a tow, such a nice and easy process!
I was stuck in the side of the highway when my tired blew out. I called roadside assistance and waited 1.5 hrs for them to call me and say they couldn't find anyone to assist me. I called Rays and they showed in within 15mins of my call. He got to work quickly, but my spare bolt was rusted shut and couldn't be removed. He had the right tools to saw the rusted bolt off and had my spare on in minutes. Fast, friendly and professional.
I had an early morning call to the towing company for a dead battery. They were very polite and on site exactly when they said they would be even though it was 5 am when I called. Only waited 15 minutes and they got the battery charged and I was on the road! Thank you for the quick response and quality service. They driver was polite and super helpful. Rays Auto Towing was a very professional service. They arrived quickly, solved a car issue i had, and towed the vehicles down the street. I was impressed with how they maneuvered and settled the vehicles in specific places. They charged a reasonable amount and I will use them again, as well as recommend them to anyone in need of a tow. I was on my way to work and my alternator died on 495. Ray came out immediately and towed me to my house. He used his flatbed truck which is a huge plus. Very reasonable price for the tow. I will use him again
He was there under 30 minutes and delivered my truck to the mechanic. He even called me while he gave the mechanic my key and info. Also, texted me a picture of my truck parked at the shop. Excellent service.
I had gotten my 2.5 ton dump truck stuck on a narrow dirt/gravel road in the woods. Sent a video to Ray’s and the arrived about 20 minutes later. What i thought would be a failed 2 hour event turned into a fast solution. Ray maneuvered his truck such a way it’s looked effortless and was far from it. This is my tow company from now on!

Excellent , affordable , reliable service on a Sunday for a cargo van that had ladders on top. Triple AAA refused to tow && other companies. Ray Auto towing arrived in a quick manner & towed to residence, perfectly in tight driveway. HIGHLY recommend.
