There is a reason they have perfect reviews. This was an AMAZING experience with THE nicest person I have ever encountered in the auto industry. Mark was beyond kind, ridiculously responsive and bailed this mother out BIG TIME when her Stonehill student's (older) car had a flashing check engine light. I called at 4:45PM and he had it fixed the next day. Who does that??? Mark under promised and over delivered. He has restored my faith in humanity because honestly, he didn't know me from a hole in the wall but he treated me like I was his best customer. Do yourself a favor and recommend them to anyone in the vicinity. I know I will. And I will schedule regular service visits with them for next semester for this car. Customer for life - I just need to move closer. THANK YOU MARK!

Howntowne Auto Shoppe was referred to me from a long time North Easton resident. They have done very dependable and trustworthy service on my son’s car when he needed some repairs and also new tires. They have given some helpful maintenance tips as well.

Literally the nicest humans ever I spoke with mark on the phone and wanted them to check a car before I bought it. I came in and jeremy was so busy but able to squeeze me in. You can tell these folks are just genuinely good + honest people. Also, this is rare for a mechanic the bathroom, absolutely spotless I would go to this place anytime again!!

Mark is the best mechanic I ever met. Honest, knowledgeable and reliable. My car alternator broke down in Boston and AAA towed my car to an auto shop in Malden. They quote me for almost $750 to fix it and need two days to repair. I called Mark for a second opinion. He explained two possible scenarios to me and he said he could do it for almost half the price of them and only takes one day! Even though it costs me over $100 to have my car towed back to Easton, it is well worth it. Not only it costs less, but I get the peace of mind of knowing my car is in good hands. Quality work for a fair price. I very much appreciate that and will continue to use and recommend Home Towne Auto to my friend. Thanks!

Had to have my daughter's car at school towed on a Sunday. We picked Hometown Auto based on recommendations in a parent's Facebook group. They did not disappoint. Contacted me early on Monday to assess the issue and had us the car back by Friday afternoon.

I've come in twice now. Great expertise and service. Even gave me free diagnostics (spent their time with $0 charge!!) I do all my own work, so I have a hard time trusting someone else to do it. I trust these guys.

I saw the great reviews and I wasn't disappointed! I needed new brakes on my car and got an appointment right away. They kept me updated throughout the day about my vehicle, gave quotes before beginning any work, and they fixed an exhaust issue that I had at the same time. Overall it was just a really great experience! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The best! HTA took the time to listen about my limited availability so timing was very important. I work remote 60+ hours a week and these guys made it very convenient to schedule. They even responded to my email request over the weekend when booking my most recent oil change!

Walked in unannounced on a busy Monday morning for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised. Not only were they happy to squeeze me in but they were done in less than 2 hours. And the best part is it cost me almost 50% less than I paid at the big name franchise place last time my pick up truck was due for an oil change

Can I say enough nice things about this shop? I think not. Took my very annoying car here twice, and had great experience both times. Friendly, professional, and reasonable prices. They give bad news about engine problems with care and grace, and are just beyond my expectations for an auto shop.

Online appointment worked great. Good location. Was able to walk around the North Easton town center area and visited the library just across the street while waiting. Friendly and prompt. Oil change quick in and out. They even switched the faulty tail lights without extra charge.

Mark is the best!! I've had a few random issues with a couple of cars and Mark always figures out how to get me in and out quickly. If you want to be fully taken care of honestly and reliably, this is the place...it is full of cars for a REASON. (And no screwy, manipulative, BS because you're a woman and have no clue about car repairs and pricing like some other places in the area...)

I contacted Hometowne Auto today for the first time to have a tire repaired. The gentleman that I spoke with was very personable and stated that he could take care of it right away. The service that I received was phenomenal and honestly I have never had such attentive service like this any where, ever. I now have an auto repair shop that I will feel confident bringing my vehicle to.

I love these guys, they are upfront about costs and give options when they can. They have always had my car done same day, no bs, and friendly service. I recommend them to anyone, no better quality of service around.

Nothing like getting out of your car for breakfast on your way to a weekend away in New Hampshire only to hearing your tire hiss away and deflate. Having breakfast next door to the shop I called promptly at 8am and explained my situation and the gentleman was very understanding and said to come on by. As soon as I got there he came out to look at the tire, within 5 minutes it was plugged and i was back on the road. Great service I would go there again if I ever need anything and I'm in the area.

I love this auto body. It's the best one I have ever taken my car to, hands down. Every time I bring my car here, I know it is in the best hands. They always do an awesome job and are honest with me. It's the first auto shop where I can trust what they say about my car and what needs to be done and maybe not so much. I used to go to the dealership, but always found they didn't do the best job and would suggest all these things you would need to do, while none of if you needed at all. My whole family brings ours cars here, they will always have my business for sure! Honest, fast, and reliable service!

The best garage I have ever used. My office is only a few streets away so whenever I have a problem I am able to drop off my car either before or after work and every time I have brought my car in they have made a point to address my issue within 24 hours. Last week I dropped off my car on thursday night with a flat tire and despite them being "booked" until monday, they plugged the hole in my tire and had it ready for me on friday before I go out of work. The best part was that not only did they squeeze me in, they refused to take any payment from me for such a small fix. I even tried to slide the guy at the counter a $20 for whoever fixed it and he refused, such excellent customer service.

These guys are awesome. They've fixed problems for my partner and me that other mechanics haven't even been able to identify. Best of all, several times they have fixed problems that didn't require much work for free or advised me to skip a repair that wasn't necessary. They are clearly putting the customer's well being and satisfaction ahead of a quick buck.
