BEWARE!! of this place !! especially STEVE!! the rudest most unprofessional car salesman I’ve ever dealt with!! drove three hours for a car he said, had no issues ! Upon arrival I noticed the panoramic roof was obviously damaged broken out of its track . I gave Steve a call to tell him I am at the vehicle and I noticed something with the roof and simply asked if it leaked a lot ” which he rudely answered saying “it’s not wet in there” it is what it is “ and hung up the phone on me . I was still prepared to buy the vehicle so I called back with no answer. Message him saying I am still interested in the car. Which he read and did not reply. Wasted my time and money. Because I simply asked a question about a car I was going to purchase. He will not sell a car to someone knowledgeable on vehicle . He’s just looking to take advantage of people that don’t know much about cars. Drove three hours after a long days work to get hung up on for asking a car salesman a question about a car he’s selling .

Ryan was super easy to work with, offering nothing but the facts. In this day and age it’s invaluable to have a trustworthy car guy who knows more about vehicles than any one man should—but is able to give you the run down about do’s and dont’s in a way that even the most neophyte car buyer (myself) can understand.

My girlfriend had an excellent car buying experience. She wanted a Toyota Prius and we came to look at a used one here. We were helped by Ryan who was very helpful. He was patient with us (we had tons of questions), he never dropped a single ounce of pressure and he was also very reasonable; he let us take the car to get looked at by a mechanic and agreed to replace the brake pads before the sale. We just returned from a week-long vacation where we drove the car to New Jersey, Philadelphia and New York City and we did not have a single issue with it. It was a pleasure to meet Ryan and I would definitely consider checking this place out again should I ever be in the market for a used car.
