I had an incredible experience today at Firestone Complete Auto Care in North Dartmouth. I arrived at 8 AM with an appointment for a diagnostic on my newly purchased Carvana vehicle (delivered just four days ago). While Carvana itself was easy to work with, their warranty company, SilverRock, was the exact opposite. Ian and Nathan absolutely saved the day. They spent hours going back and forth with the warranty company to get my claim approved for brake replacement — brakes that were failing according to federal standards, I might add. And to make it even more impressive, all of this happened the day before Thanksgiving, when most people are mentally already halfway into the mashed potatoes. They worked tirelessly to make sure I wasn’t left without a vehicle for the holiday. Their dedication, patience, and commitment to doing right by their customers truly blew me away. I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work and effort. Firestone North Dartmouth has definitely earned a loyal customer.

I honestly prefer Firestone tires. And unfortunately not a lot of places sell them so I decided to go straight to Firestone. I didn’t realize that I would get fear mongered by someone who appeared to be a manager (he was dressed in fancy clothes). I’m a woman and I know shops take advantage of that and this guy most certainly tried to. Started telling me my rear tires had super bad tread and I needed them replaced and I’d save $100 buying all 4 instead of 2. The tires I was having replaced was the rear so bro sounded dumb for even telling me to do that and I did math before buying my tires so I knew exactly what I wanted. Then this man started telling me my cabin filter needed replacing which is funny because I replaced it myself not long ago. So I declined that as well. This man then started raising his voice at me and telling me my car “wouldn’t pass inspection if I didn’t do all the stuff he was suggesting” and I politely said no (I should’ve told him where he can go and why he can go there but I chose to talk to him with more respect than what he showed me… A PAYING CUSTOMER). MIND YOU, my car was freshly inspected and that was with my terrible tires so don’t listen to these fear mongerers try to manipulate you for absurd money. They were gonna charge me like $60 for the cabin air filter when I can get one for like $12 and easily replace it myself again. I’ll never return here and now I have to try to find a new place to buy firestones or find a completely different brand of tire that I like.

Showed up 20 mins before closing to drop off keys. Was willing to do the tire swap that night even though they’d be there a bit late. The manager was very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place.

Nathan the store manager was super helpful and knowledgeable, helped me pick the best tires for my truck and got me better prices than anyone around

Extremely disappointed. An appointment to replace 4 tires on my truck was cancelled because one tire had sidewall damage. I suggested just using an alternate more expensive tire but was told they had to be the same and that they would contact me shortly. After a week, I went to a competitor. Guess Firestone didn't want my $900 order? A waste of my time to bother with them.

An excellent place to get your truck or extended van serviced in Dartmouth. I've had very good work done at this location. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This is now my favorite service center.

Hit the curb on the way to a wedding it created a puncture on sidewall of tire causing almost a flat The manager Nathan had me in and out of there within 20 minutes or so great service I recommend he gets a raise Great job Thank you M.Jones

They did an amazing job for me. I got a flat tire literally 30 minutes before they closed. They stayed open late and fixed my tire and gave me an alignment the same night. Pretty sure the gentleman was one of the managers and he was extremely helpful.

The customer service I expected from this big name company has left me never wanting to return. I dropped my car off at noon and never heard from anyone. I arrived after closing to find the service writer working on his own vehicle, about to go home without calling me ro say my vehicle was done. I waited more than 7 hours for this gentleman to potentially ruin a days work for me because I almost didn't get my car back

I had some great service from Ian and the crew these past two days. The service was fast and efficient. I will have to give Ian a gold star though. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions that I had.

overpriced, never had a good experience. my wheels lug nuts just blew off my atv while riding from them over tightening the bolts. happened 20 mins into first ride after paying $100 to get them on and don’t try to bring a truck here because my f350 “won’t fit on the lift” for a tire repair.

Kristen the sales associate was awesome. I thought I needed a tire replaced but they found all I needed was a patch. They didn’t try to upsell me and tried to save me money. I was in and out. Such a great experience.

They were able to get my vehicle in quickly and completed the work in a timely manner. I feel confident in the service I received, and the pricing felt fair for the quality and peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Nathan at the Dartmouth, MA location was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and understanding throughout my whole tire purchase, installation and alignment service. The work was done in an impressively efficient amount of time and was done well. I was even given a rundown on everything done after the purchase. I will return for future services.

I wish I could give lower. I never write reviews but this place pissed me off so badly. I went for a balance on my tires. They rotated my tires even tho I said not to 20 times and the girl said she will tell them and they won't. They also wrote me up for 4 tires and a bunch of other things I didn't need and used like scare tactics on the phone saying my tires were bald when they are even at the wear bars yet. And then after trying to scam me with stuff I don't need they didn't wanna tell me that I actually needed rear brakes. PLEASE FIND A BETTER MECHANIC YOU CAN TRUST!

Nate has been working on my cars for years. Now he’s the manager and he is the best and the only place I would go. He even found issues with the last person that had worked on my car including the person zip tying the battery in place. Following him to this new location!

Ian and his team have exceeded any expectations I might have had. They’ve bent over backwards to help me deal with an unnecessarily difficult situation created by SilverRock to cover safety repairs on my newly purchased car, and I’m very grateful for their knowledge, patience and perseverance, not to mention their skills as mechanics. Wonderful job!!!

Great service and honest work. Nathan was able to go over my work, show me what repairs were needed. And explained the reason for the recommended repairs. Providing me a quote showing Parts and Labor I was able to confidently choose the best choices for my vehicle. Will definitely be returing.

10 out of 10! They have my tires (not the everyday typical size) in stock. Kristen got my old tire off and my new tire on very quickly. Many of the tire shops I called, IF (that’s a big IF) they were able to get my tire, they were giving me dates all the way in May for installation. Firestone gave me same day service. So thankful for that. Ian was super helpful. He was patient with me. Answered all my questions and made sure he in fact did have my tires in stock before I was towed to the shop location. He ALSO went above and beyond for me. Safelite had replaced my windshield 4 days ago. Today it’s raining, so I went to put my wipers on and they were cross crossed. And unable to function. I asked if he could take a look so I could drive safely back home. Not only did he look at them, he fixed my problem. Eternally grateful for Ian.

If you’re looking for a reliable and honest mechanic STEER CLEAR! I brought my new to me car their back in November for a starting issue. They quoted me almost 3000$. Said my radiator was falling out, and my car would basically kill me. It’s been 30,000 miles (I drive a lot) and my radiator has NOT fallen out. They said my car would fail every inspection, yet it passed. And the cause of my car not starting?? A 50$ fuel pump. They tried scamming me out of 3000$ when my car needed a 50$ fuel pump. Will NEVER return.

Got 4 new tires and the job was done fast but took e 30 minute to cash out. Also didn’t appreciate their system ‘automatically’ adding a protection plan without even asking me about it first. Good thing I asked why it was way more than the internet price. Shady

Excellent Service! I went there because of a problem with the serpentine belt, Nathan the manager found a few other problems and explained all of them to me. The Technician Dylan brought me over to the car and explained to me the situation. I appreciate the hard work these guys did. Their normal hours of operation its 7AM to 5PM, but they worked until 7:30PM to get my car 100% good on a Sunday so I could go back to the road. I appreciate their work I will definitely keep using them in the future.

I got exceptional service at this location, especially from the management, I believe his name is Nathan. He went out of his way to explain everything thoroughly and his intelligence on car management was extremely exceptional. It was also very clean from other locations I've gone to for my car services. He also made sure I was taken care of and know exactly what needed done on my car with a reasonable price. I love the new tires I got on my Nissan recently. Acceptional service all around. Excellent service! My wife took her vehicle here for services, oil change, brakes and a few other services and the staff exceeded our expectations! Very friendly, got our vehicle done in a timely manner, and did a great job. The store manager Nathan made sure we got everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I recently brought my car to Firestone Tire in Dartmouth, MA, and I was very impressed with their service. I had all four brakes on my car replaced, and the team did an exceptional job. From start to finish, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They worked hard to finish the job quickly once the parts were received. My car feels great on the road now. I appreciate their honesty and attention to detail throughout the process. A month ago I had four new tires put in , took 2 hours of more . Picked up my vehicle and my hood was loaded with grease, my door handles, my steering wheel along with my glove carpet handle. You would think that one would have had the ability to do a check, to make sure everything was perfectly cleaned as when I brought my vehicle in . I also had to return, because it was way to much trouble to set my screen back to where it was supposed to be , because my it’s was saying low tire pressure. I would not haven’t given any stars, Disappointed and you lost my business after going there for three years. Not taking away from any other customers that may have had good experiences. Mine was not good.
