I have been going to Fawzi’s for about 5 years whenever I have any problems with my car. I LOVE that I can just show up there and they will accommodate me. I have recommended them to all my family and friends and will continue doing so. For example i showed up today with a vey flat tire and I thought it was a nail in the tire it actually was the broken valve on my tire and they fixed it for me in less than half hour. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Fawzi’s wife whom I didn’t know until after I was there for a little while but I was so distraught she came over to me and gave me such a big hug which to me meant the world. She was comforting me because I was so nervous about not knowing what was happening with my car and how much I would have to spend at such a stressful time of the year. I do highly recommend Fawzi’s to anyone who wants great mechanics and an honest person on pricing the job Thank you so much Mr. & Mrs. Fawzi for your kindness to me and the community.
I have been going to Fawzi’s auto repair for years. Fawzi always gets the job done right the first time, every time. He’s a very experienced technician. I went in for a hood latch fix and to look at the rear suspension as it was riding tough over bumps and a humming noise. He pointed out a couple things my car needed which was a new hub bearing and rear brake pads. My car rides 100 percent better. He treats your car as if it were his own. I highly recommend.
went there yesterday...thought i had a nail in my tire, guy lifts car up and down, says no nail and charges me damn near $15 was supose to come back for an oil change but not after chargeing me to do nothing
My car would go from 70 to 30 on the highway he said he fixed it 1 day later same thing happened and said he fixed it again same thing happened 3× and charged me 3× for nothing.the last call I made he told me bring it to kia.no $back just see ya I can't fix it.i wouldn't send my worse enemy to this hack
I brought my car in to have a sway bar fixed. They said they fixed it charged me. Few days later cars making the same sound they tell me it's not the sway bar it's something else. Supposedly fixed that 2 days later cars making the same noise. Brought it back they still insisted it wasn't my sway bar. Straight crooks. Yesterday I'm driving sway bar fell out I almost hit an 18 wheeler had to call triple AAA . The tow truck driver tells me your sway bar fell off. Just brought it to another mechanic the sway bar is completely black. Wasn't even a new one they put on. I will never ever go back to them. All they do is lie and do patchwork. Not fair to treat your customers like that and endanger there lives. DO NOT GO THERE!
They were friendly and efficient. I got my oil change done same day and they even tightened my serpentine belt for me. I will definitely be coming back here.
I had them do my brakes ( all 4 ) went back to do my calipers a week later and they said I was missing my rear brakes and tried charging me. Straight crooks. Then after I used my Credit card to pay , I had fraud charges for random car parts …. Scum
My water pump blew on my truck, called these guys and they had my truck in the next day. Fastest turn around I’ve ever had from a mechanic, they did a great job.
I’ve been going to Fawzi’s for the last 10 years and they’ve worked on my Mercedes, my Land Rovers and my Hondas. They handle all the tough jobs - belts, suspension, brakes and are cool with BYOP. Their labor rates are very fair for Fall River and turnaround time is faster than the dealer. Highly recommend if you need reliable no nonsense service.
Had to junk my car after this shop straightpiped it instead of replacing some damaged exhaust parts (I asked for replacements, not a straight pipe). My car was then unable to pass inspection due to the mod. The shop gave me a “sorry” and did not offer any resolution to the problem.
Extremely disgusted. Purchased this vehicle from the establishment for the agreed upon price. Establishment was informed multiple times that the vehicle would be going to a newer driver who would be putting a significant amount of miles onto the vehicle. Nevertheless, was assured that the vehicle was "safe and perfectly fine" to drive those miles in. Conveniently, the establishment never mentioned the fact that the subframe was rotted to the point where the vehicle was a deathtrap. The vehicle was extremely unsafe. This is an extremely shady and untrustworthy business practice and I will definitely no longer be affiliating myself with them or any of their services. Oh and as my refund was being processed and credited they attempted to sell me another vehicle, AFTER the first one was damaged and broken already. Completely disconnected and disappointed in fawzis for this situation. That car should have never been sold to me, and the fact it was sold to me under the guise of "trustworty" and "safe and reliable" is extremely despicable as a business practice. That vehicle was a deathtrap and should've never been sold. It needs to be scrapped / parted out immediately.
Very rude and unprofessional, the guy with no teeth was very rude, I get everyone has a bad day but you don’t talk to people like. I asked him if he can go outside with me to check what’s going on with the car and he simply told me no. Rude people.
Wanted to get my AC fixed, they were done in 20 minutes,charged me $150 and still the same as before blows hot air. I tried to call them didn’t answer the phone for 4 days in a row . No customer service at all waste of money.they are in a rush to get rid of your car and take your money.
I came here for a presales inspection and I couldn't be happier. They were so nice and quick and informative. They also got me in on short notice. I would definitely bring my car back here for mechanical work.
I have brought my Subaru legacy to Fawzi 3 times for the same problem. Had an issue where when I took a left turn I heard a knocking until the wheel straightened out. He took it for a ride the first time and said he didn’t hear anything. 2nd visit with in the same month I brought it back for the same issue. He looked at it and said it was the “brake shield” and he “fixed it” and claimed it was warped! Told us if we hear it again to bring it to the shop and let him know. We left the shop and literally heard it the first left turn we took. Waited for the next day to bring the car back, left work on my lunch and bring it to him just for him to tell me he has no time to look at it. I took my car to another mechanic and with in 2’minutes of riding around in my car he already knew it was an axle. So how this man got a brake shield out of that and couldn’t care to look is beyond me. I drive around with a family in my car and take its safety very seriously and this guy could care less about that fact. Completely unprofessional. I’ve been going to this man for years trusting his word just to find out it’s all crap. Completely disgusted in him. My new mechanic will be fixing the problem he couldn’t care to find.

Brought my car there a few times 1x had struts put in a week later I was making a noise they made me replace mounts that I had purchased the week b4 that wasn't installed properly 2nd had breaks put in they didn't feel the calipers needed go be replaced but that's the reason it was brought in then finally had them put tires on and they put 1 tire on backwards with the tread facing he wrong way... not very happy with them each time I told them to check the noise in the front of my car and they told me there wasn't any noise I feel ripped off
Been going to Fawzi's for a few years now and I have to say that Fawzi has been very good to me... It's nice to have a good mechanic shop to go to... He's been very fair with my wife and I... When I'm not in a rush to get my vehicle back from him I let him know that it's no rush, and I think he appreciates it... He takes good care of us! He's out to make a living, but he's fair!
I discovered them thanks to a buddy. Cant speak highly enough about this establishment and their talented techs. They do great work and stand by it. They price jobs fairly and take care of their customers. They also get the job done by when they say they would,quickly. I highly recommend and will continue to be their customer as long as they continue to operate like they do.
Friendly and affordable service. I'm used to shops where the guys running them are all business and not very friendly or approachable. That was not at all the atmosphere I encountered here. While I waited for my car I noticed the gentleman who was at the counter interact with everybody who came through the door like they were all friends. Definitely lots of regular customers here and it's not hard to see why. I had my rear brakes done quickly and efficiently. I was back on the road in no time but they do get very busy. The cost was wallet friendly which relieved a LOT of anxiety over the situation. I'm definitely glad someone recommended this shop to me!
I've used these guys dozens of times and have always been satisfied. Brakes, bearings, tires, oil change, A/C, exhaust. They are honest, hard working and best prices around. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I visited Fawzi's to get my wheel bearing fixed. They had it on the lift in minutes, verified what was needed, checked underneath said everything else went well. Also advised that I had time if I wanted to make an appointment for a later date or they could do it the same day, which was very honest in my opinion as I didn't feel rushed. Picked it up a couple of hours later and they said they took a look under the hood and all looked good and also popped out a dent I had for a while and cleaned everything up. The price was very fair and the service was excellent. Not only will I be going back but my ride that brought me back for the car said they would be going there as well after seeing the amazing job they did.

Went there today for an oil change and head light replacement and they took me in right away and were done not even 20 minutes later. On top of this they took initiative to take a look at why my check engine light was on and were able to resolve the problem at no additional charge. Everything came out to be under $50. He was very upfront and honest which I appreciated a lot. It’s very rare to find! Will definitely be back for any future issues!! Thank you guys so much!
Honest. Up front. Personable. Broke down everything so I could see where each penny went. Gave me an accurate estimate. He told me $300 for the work I needed done on my 2008 BMW 528xi and the bill was $326. This is my new mechanic!
Best auto repair shop in all the surrounding area, awesome guy. He will be honest with you no matter what. Fawzi is such a good guy, and explains everything to you. I would recommend him any day. Also he sells cars, trust him if you buy a car from him, he will take care of you . His shop is the best

I needed a mechanic to check my car as soon as possible, I went to this place because my friend recommended it. The boss which is Fawzi screamed at his worker to tell me and the other customers to leave the shop with so much attitude because they had to work on cars. He could’ve easily taken my money if he was respectful. Very rude.
Future recommendation: always be nice to all your customers. If you are having a busy day, communicate that face to face with them and set up an appointment for a later time or date. It’s that easy to be professional.
Best mechanic you'll find in fall river. Muffler broke off from the converter due to rust and was dragged on the highway for a good distance. Brought it to Fawzi's where he had straight pipe cut and welded into place in less than an hour and for just $80. Even went the extra mile to patch a couple of exhaust leaks he noticed while under the car. The place has a great crew that are genuine and are willing to work out a deal for the customer. I was recommended to go there by several friends that stand by his reputation and would highly recommend them to others as well.
