Went to advance auto parts at approx. 4:00 pm and asked to have a car battery installed. I was told not going to happen today and couldn't give me a good time to come back. For now on I will be taking my business to auto zone.
I had the best Customer Service at Advance Auto. Ricardo, Freddie, and Matt went above and beyond in helping me with what I needed. They are all so extremely polite and knowledgeable in their field of work. Also Ricardo helped put on the part to my car knowing he was already clocked out for the day. I am so thankful to them. I would give a ten star and a full recommendation hands down. Thank you guys!
Was given the wrong item the day before when noticed went back to the store the next night with receipt manager was rude no enthusiastic to want to work and would not return the wrong item now I have to buy the correct item and be stuck with one I'm not in need of!!! I will not be returning to this store!

Hi how are u doing so I really dont leave reviews but I was there last night and the night manager a Asian looking guy was very disrespectful and didnt wanna do he's job at all and he didn't care to help me and my wife he is not good for your business making this store look bad and not wanting ppl to not even go there he needs to be fired on the spot .....
Rude employees. Greeted and followed around store and told to leave bag in front 2 employees Especially guy today at 4:00 with pony tail said he was discriminating against me because I had a hood on I went in to buy products for my business, he was an arrogant . Left with nothing . Bs extremely disrespectful unpleasant experience every time.
Guy at the counter seemed very annoyed I had an online order. Unbeknownst to me it had been cancelled because "someone messed up and cancelled all the orders". I had to repurchase my item at full price without the online discounts.
Employees let a customer bring a dog inside off leash, and the owner was not keeping track of them. Dog ran free around the store and would not leave me alone.

I go to this branch in my city, most of my visits the employees gives me the wrong parts! The last time I was there, I was asking for a low beam light bulb for my car, the employee ( come up to be the manager) gave me the high beam ( insisted this is the low beam bulb, so I went home and I brought my car, took the bulb out and showed him that he is giving me the wrong one. He started blaming the computer for giving him the wrong option and giving me attitude. This guy clearly did not know what he was ordering and do not have any clue on how to do his job ! I asked to speak with a manager, it came to be he is the manager ( he looks everything but a manager!!! ) he is so unprofessional, I don’t know how Advance Auto Parts hired him !!!!!!! I cashed out with another employee. I will never ever give my business for such a place again. It’s a rip off as well. I do not recommend. Thank you.
Make sure you remember how your battery terminals are either on the lower end or on the higher end most places wouldn’t know save yourself time and energy!!!!!
Been a costumer here for a few years. Not anymore. One of the managers is extremely rude every time I come in here. Only come to this location for oil recycling which seems to be “full” when this manager is here.
Well well well advanced auto parts,let me say not my favorite stores to go to but to the rescue the counter person in fall river forgot to get his name sorry bro came to the rescue and will only go to the fall river store from now on.
This is a great place to get anything and everything for a car no. They even give you the tools to do it as long as you leave a deposit. That isn't even outrageous for a full set of Craftsman tools to do the exact job. That you need and even tell you how to do it. If you have car issues and cant figure it out and want a cheap way to find out they will plug your car in their diagnostic machine for free and it will tell you exactly what's wrong. There's nothing bad I can say about Advance Auto Parts. The other good thing is there a UPS access point so you can drop off your packages or pick them up as long as they're not over 20 lb.
Not to good they some how always changes the wrong amount both advance in fallriver this only happens for online orders.
When they don't have items and have to cancel them the charge Never comes out correct.. they need to update there system..
both of these needs to count there inventory neither store knows what they have on hand I used to work. At 1 of these locations I would know..
Also no one is advance here lmfao there system is slow but the employees are even slower
I guess that's why they get paid $13.50. Orders are never picked in advance poor customer service and lack of communication skills.

Don't go in asking for their help on parts, they have no clue. I walked in, a woman alone. Was sold the wrong part, charged 90.00 ( only needed a 5.00 part). Was told " I'm going to put your info into the computer in case you need to return it" Most stores will refund your money when they have your info in the computer, not this place! I was offered a merchandise card. Needless to say I kept my 90.00 part and walked out with it, it can rot in my trunk lol. And I'll buy my 5.00 window clip at Lacava where they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!
This place I buy part from and one one the guy say I can return at anytime.I got it for 3 day and I can't even return.I never wanted to shop for part at advance out part ever again.I got the part from that store and return 3 day later and say it not part.fun how they wante your money and tell you lie.I guess I was dam to be them.they don't know their part like that.they can't even check in their computer to find out it their part.suck place to shop.shop their for 5 year and no where else.no more.I will l late all my friends know not to shop there in fall river advance auto anymore too.
