I went to Lacavas to pick up a radiator that I ordered. When I was ready to pay I noticed I had no money in my wallet. I explained and mentioned I will be right back thinking I just left it at home. Long story short it wasn't at the house and frantically I retaraced my steps hoping to GOD I I could find it. When I walked in they already was looking for my info to contact me that they had found all of my money. I have been going to Lacavas ever since I was in high school. Buying a corbarater scale to weigh my pot. lol. But I still got there because they are the cheapest prices in the city. And they have been around for over 30 years. I visited this place and the treatment was very friendly, I have to say that for the first time that I visit Fall River they treated me super.

Terrible customer service no one’s friendly, you walk in they just stare at you till you tell someone why your in their store. Then I had my part thrown towards me on the counter. Not your friendly neighborhood parts store. Have had multiple instances where I received the wrong parts, their lack of interest in what you need and rushing you out they forget to ask important details so you have to come back twice.
These guys are the best in the city. They always have the part. It's not like the big box stores. These guys have knowledge about every vehicle and they're not afraid of opening a book to help find that part. They definitely are much better then any kid from the big box stores who just go by what the computer tells them... These guys have knowledge and they use it collectively.

I've been a customer for 30 years and never have i had a problem, with getting it right the first time. I can't say enough good things about them. Always my first parts call cause i know that they won't steer me wrong .

Lacava brothers I buy 90% of my parts from , their counter are very personal and knowledgeable , they have the best prices on batteries which are brand name and not rebuilt or reconditioned
have a 2005 accord ex, went in for rear light bulbs and connectors, waited on by young man patient took time to give me proper bulbs & connectors with advice as to which go where. impressed with time spent with me for amount of $$ spent. also bought replacement key set here. this is my go to shop for auto parts. felt respected
Five stars all the way. For most things they are a little cheaper than auto zone and better quality. Plus the guys that work there are nice and know what they are talking about. Great job guys!!
