Really great place. I purchased a transmission from them that had been on the shelf for a few years. The transmission had some unforeseen damage that an employee from years ago didn’t report.
Kevin was great. From the time I had initial contact, to making the 2.5 hour drive and finally to when I noticed the unforeseen damages. He was super friendly and was extremely attentive to the issue, and felt super bad. He also told me that the owner of the junkyard pulls and checks parts now, and those employees are no longer around. We worked out a partial refund for me to replace anything that was broken.(the pan and a shift select sensor). He had to ask permission of his boss for the refund, which was approved, so while I didn’t have any direct contact with the boss I’d assume he’s also a stand up guy.
The inside of the junkyard is super clean, has AC and seating. They literally bring the parts on a forklift right to your vehicle and help you load it up!
Would recommend this business to anyone that’s looking for quality used parts, and if god forbid something was wrong like with my part they’re willing to work it out with you!
Went there today for a door for my 2017 ford focus and the man at the counter, Kevin, has excellent customer service and is very helpful. I will definitely be going to Borges for any other parts I may need. Great business!

I made a website purchase, and the parts arrived quickly and well packaged. I requested all hardware to be included which they both honored, and sealed in its own package.
The only sort of issue (not really an issue) was that there were no emails confirming my order or about the shipment. So I'd recommend screenshotting your order page if you order online. I would definitely order again from them.
Great place for used OEM parts. I bought two seats and front floor mats for my car and they let me inspect all functions and then removed them super quick. I’ll be back if an when I need other parts!
Worst auto parts ever. They are very unprofessional I’m auto shop owner they disclose personal information to one of our customer. Customer service is the worst will never purchase from them again.

READ IF YOU ARE BUYING THROUGH THEIR EBAY STORE... They use a 3rd party to list/manage their ebay store with whom they have little to no contact, especially regarding body parts. Bought a part on the ebay store and drove 100 miles one way to pick it up only to have the owner tell me they don't have the part, they don't run the ebay store themselves, and he wouldn't even give me 20 bucks for gas.
Went here the other day and got a great deal on some parts for my car. Also, the staff were great and showed me exactly how to get the parts I purchased looking like new again.
We own an auto repair shop. We purchased a used engine for a '16 Jetta 1.8T back in June this year. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly patient with my wife's hundreds of questions. There was an issue with the shipping company and they fixed it straightaway, so we could have the engine on time. So far, the engine has performed flawlessly. Borges was very easy to deal with and we would buy from them again.
Horrible sevice ,borges sold me a bent steering wheel thru ebay and didn't refund me had to go thru PayPal to get my money back. I've called , messaged them, left messages

Hi, I went to Borges searching for front passenger axle for my accord, found it there, they have detailed documentation of the inventory, great price, great customer service, A++. I'd strongly recommend any one to check with them for any auto parts.
PS: I'd request Borges to stock parts with critical area applied with grease/anti-rust to prevent rusting, the shaft grooves, where the spindle nut goes, was deeply scrubbed off by the time all the rust on it was cleaned.
horrible customer service, I am appalled at how they would rather steal money from you then refund you or fix replace a defective part they sold to you. Even with a copy of the receipt, they only care about your money folks DO NOT GO HERE it is not worth your time or the loss of your hard earned money.
The customer service here is absolutely ridiculous. They sold a faulty part to a long standing customer and then refused to accept a valid receipt because it was a hard copy even after confirming the receipt was the correct one, then proceeded to use profanity because questions were being asked. Unacceptable I WOULD NOT GO HERE!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE reporting everything to BBB and any other necessary platform, because apparently they steal from customers.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I tried to return a defective part, they would not take it back because I only had a picture of the receipt. The product cost $200. Then they took the product and told me to do a credit card dispute but would not wait until I talked to my credit card issuer to make sure they would do it before they cursed me out and CALLED THE POLICE on me because I wanted to make sure before I left without the product or my money back.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.
My Father took a defective part back to this establishment, they refused to given him a refund because he only had a picture of the reciept. Then they took the part cursed him.out and called the police on him. Did they do that because he is black. This is a terrible company.

they shipped me rear axle beem that I have put on my car and each wheel is going more than one degree oposite side. Part is broken !
Thay argue that it should have been damaged during shipping. When I was wondering to buy it they have send me pictures of upper side of this part. When I recived this I saw old signs of damages on bottom side covered by rust. Its impossible to damage such a big piece of metal during shipping.
When you buy dameged cars from copart and decide to sell parts across the world first check if its fine. I ve paid almost twice this part is worth to send it to europe.
This is not the way to make business. And theres No way to get money back.

I searched for a part online, this seller had it listed for a good price $35. So I called to verify condition & over the phone they quoted me $40 higher. OK, well I will order off your website. I place the order, they say the part had "sold a couple days ago, sorry we will refund you". I check back a day later and see the same inventory numbers / mileage / stock listed for $95. HA what a shady business. Don't purchase from here unless you wanna get screwed on the price.
