The office it’s really fast, but they have a serious problem with the loaders. They look like don’t want work, take forever to get one car. The manager needs do something

I will never use this facility again. My insurance had my car towed here for an insurance evaluation even though the only thing damaged was the glass on my passenger side mirror. They came and picked up the car, never signed anything, never game me an itemized list of my belongs. Got my car back on the 11th and was super happy until I went into my car to see that it had been cleaned out without my persimmon. The glove box was empty save for my tire lock, my center console in front and rear were empty. They cut off the family heirloom necklaces I had tied on my rear view mirror and are gone. The prayer card for my deceased friend gone from the dash. I had so many precious memorabilia that was taken from my car. Spoke with Colin and he seemed helpful and said there should be a itemized inventory of what was taken and he would look into it and never called back. Spoke to Kara the next day and they told me everything that was in my car was in my trunk and if it wasn't there they dont know where it is. I am just so sad and disenhearted, I have so many things that were priceless that I can no longer gain and things that were given to me by now deceased family members and friends. I never signed over my car to them, they never gave me an itemized list of belonings, but hey they vacuumed my front carpets for me. I will be reaching out to proper authorities and working with insurance to see what can be done. Do not let these people take your car if you plan on getting it back for insurance, and make sure to take photos of everything in your car before and after. Im very disappointed at the memories and value now lost to me forever.

came to pick up.a. heavy duty truck and runs and. drive and make me pay for a heavy duty truck to take out the aution because i. can drive with mine dealer license. as-well they don't accept cashiers check or bank check
